i have evaluated ur software today. it very usefull and works ok but it has a prob with ongame.
it recognizes table and can fold with a hotkey but it doesn't tile the table unless all slots are full. so the ongame tables are always visible on the grid. if i hotkey the stack button it momentarily goes to the stack and then returns.

i have the redkings skin but i believe its the same client with other colours

but if you are trying to send the table to the stack, and it immediately pops back into the grid, that is a separate problem, and one that is fairly common. usually it is because SAT thinks that the table requires action, so it is popping it into grid. SAT determines that tables need action if the fold button is visible. if the color of the table behind the fold button is the same as the aactual fold button itself, then obviouly SAT will always think that the fold button is visible.

if you can post a screenshot of your table with the fold/call/bet buttons visible, and also not visible, then i can take a look and see if that is the problem

from those pics:

1. SaT will only work on OnGame if you close the chatbox. try that first. then remove and re-Include the site.

2. the fold button is black, and the color behind when the buttons arent visible is red, so that should work. can you try pressing the "stack table" hotkey when that red is showing when the pre-action checkboxes are visible? just to test

however

the one screenshot has the pre-action checkboxes visible. can you take a pic without those as well? where you are not in the hand at all? if that area is black/grey instead of red when there are no checkboxes visible, then that is gonna be the problem..

ok so, i can stack the table when preselect buttons are visible and only then.
the chat box has no effect i readded site.

notice that when the cursor is on the fold button this changed colour to red instead of black.

that is the problem. the fold button color is black and when there is no preselect checkboxes, that area is black too. SaT will see black both those times, and decides "fold button is visible -> action required" and moves the table to the grid. when you try to re-stack the table, SaT immediately pops it back out

unfortunately, because of this, you are gonna need to either mod your table to change the action button colors or use a different skin that doesnt use grahpics like these. there are threads on 2p2 to help you mod table graphics, or you can use the one that is linked on the ongame help page:

the button color change when your mouse hovers it will be a problem too. youll need to mod that as well

I'm having an issue with SaT and FTP.
I am playing FTP and PP tables. Tiling tables. Using Windows 7, non aero, Scan Mode: BB. Have recently made new layout, removed and re-added the FTP and PP sites.

The issue is any time a new FTP SNG is opened ALL FTP SNG tables are minimized. This only happens with SaT, even with all other hotkey software closed.

Here is my layout config file:

ok first, those ... were just for display. you should remove them from your config.

i've gotten a few reports now of these FTP tables opening minimized. so i'm gonna need your help. you say that this is only with SaT? you've tried this with TableNinjaFT off?

does it happen when you open up any SNG? the new SNG doesn't move to the grid? can you tell me the exact steps that i should do to recreate this problem?

ok, removed from config.
i will try my best to describe what happens.

firstly, i am sure it is ONLY with SAT. I have tested, with SAT + Table Ninja running.. with SAT and NOTHING ELSE (besides poker room) running.. and with SAT not running (to make sure it wasn't just FTP).
the problem doesn't happen 100% of the time, but I have a way to make it happen 100% of the time, for me.

If I have FTP + Party Poker tables open, and I register for a new FTP sng, and I make sure that a Party Poker table is active when the FTP SnG first starts then all FTP tables will minimize.
Sometimes only the new FTP table will minimize, but it does not go into grid and then minimize, I just see the lobby fills, and then the table is automatically minimized, i have to go to the task-bar in windows to un-minimize it, or i will have never seen it. So it does not move to grid and then minimize, it just starts off minimized.

I have made sure to, without SaT running, open some FTP tables and tile them to make sure that FTP doesn't just "remember layout" as minimized tables.

so if you want to recreate.. make a new config, same as mine (im sure i set it up correct) and then...
open a few FTP + Party Poker tables, register for new FTP SnG, before the SnG opens make sure a Party Poker table is the active table.

I am using a Windows 7 64bit. The funny thing is when I test this on my Windows 7 32bit it doesn't seem to be an issue (exact same setup), but I have no idea why this would be a difference.

i was able to reproduce the problem just as you said. i made the party table active by clicking on it to give it focus, and when the FTP SNG table opened, it opened up minimized. i saw the SAT notification that a New Table was detected, but the table wasn't visible. however, the table IS in the grid slot according to SAT. it is in the "Tiled Tables" count. if you try to use a "move table to next slot" hotkey on the party table, you will see that that slot gets skipped over because SAT thinks a table is there.

i'm on win7x64 as well. makes no sense why it would work on 32bit though. its a very strange problem all around. no other poker sites seem to do this with SAT. but i've gotten three reports now of this problem only with FTP

let me do some investigating

ok the problem is not limited to SAT

my hunch is that when you turn off the FTP option to "Display table on action" (which is recommended for use with SaT), then FTP will not automatically activate opened tables, instead leaving them minimized

even if i have SAT turned off, the FTP SNG will still open minimized if the Party table is active (or any other window other than an FTP window for that matter)

however, if you have a neteller debit card, you can just use that card number, and make sure the billing address matches your neteller acct address

i had an update planned for a while, so i just threw in this fix and then decided to push the whole thing live. i'm not usually that fast

testing it out. ran into a problem.

new FTP table always opens up and goes into a slot, but 2x already a different FTP table that was already opened will minimize when the new one opens

the problem is not SAT

again, if i turn SAT off, and leave the party table active, once the FTP tables open up, one old one gets minimized. it seems to only do it one at a time

i dont know wtf FTP is doing. maybe it has something to do with their sng lobby opening up at the same time or something. its really strange...

well, you can turn on this FTP setting, that SHOULD fix it:

however, then FTP tables will be stealing focus from other tables. so you'd need to be conscious of that when sending hotkeys to the active table.

i'm gonna try to see if i can find any other workarounds

but you should def email support@fulltiltpoker and report the bug. i'm gonna do it too. hopefully they will fix
