Very stupid question (I'm no PC-geek...):

If I have installed PT3 Build2, what do I have to do exactly to install this Beta? Deinstall the last version completely? Deinstall Postgres? (Guess not...)

Hey, I'm still having problems with importing hands, plus the HUD is not working for me, where can I call or send an email to get individual help???

Just download Beta 13 and install it. No uninstallation of any kind required.

Yeah, on Party new tables aren't recognized. The auto import needs to be stopped and then restarted. The PT3 icon doesn't appear on tables, it seems as if PT3 just doesn't recognize them at all. This needs a quick fix because when you play 9+ tables and are constantly changing tables and you have to stop auto import, restart auto import every time you open a new table and this tilts me a hell of a lot. Everything else seems to be working great!

I guess I need to rephrase my response. I fully plan to buy PT3 if it ends up being stable and works. If it doesn't before PT2 stops being supported then I will buy something else.

Could you please make sure logging is enabled (Configure --> Options --> Enable logging), reproduce this issue, then attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket? It would be useful so that we can see exactly what is going on.

PT3 stability took a large step forward with the release of Beta 13. Since there is a free trial for 60 days, I recommend downloading it and giving it a try to see if it meets your needs. PT3 is currently stable for the majority of our users and Beta 13 resolved a large number of outstanding stability issues.

Beta 13 gives me: failed to create connection to server 'Pokertrackerhud:ipc'

Wow, HUD works quite impressive now.

no PT Icon on the table and in the import list there is no new line like "monitoring this file" and no imports.

There is an issue with PT not always recognizing new tables/HH files. Stopping and restarting the auto import should pick them up.

For the HUD, im prolly just not finding this, but is there a filter for the number of players at the tabe? For example if im playing HU, I don't want to see my oopnts 6max stats, only his HU stats.

also for tournament import, please make it so I can delete players with no winnings/hands and also so I can add/remove information about the tournaments

Either:

Filters, General, Hands with Between 1 and 10 players seeing the flop

or (if you want only hands where the selected player saw a flop):

Filters, Actions, Flop, [x] Saw Flop

Hey guys! I have some trouble with PT3. I am playing SNG-s, and PT handles HHs cool, but it didn't enter the results. It shows, that i have lost all of hte SNG-s and have a -100% ROI. I found an option , that enter results, but it is a little hard to enter 1k results manually. Is there an other and faster way to do it?

HUD stability is the primary issue at the moment, so new stats will have to wait, I'm afraid.

You should use Player Ranges on the HUD Options page of HUD config if you only want stats from when there were a certain range of players at the table.

Filters: Check "saw flop" and add to selected, then on the right hand side select it and click the 'NOT' button.


I think this is quite high up the list once the HUD stability issues are sorted.


Sorry, not at the moment - I think an option to "auto fill" multiple SNGs will be added at some point. Further tournament summary input improvements will be made pretty soon after the HUD stability issues are fixed, I understand.
