Thanks again for the reply. I was using the trial version of PT4 so I found the hands in the processed folder. This folder has one folder called Pokerstars>2014>each day I played in 2014>each table. So I should manually import all the processed folder?

Disabling the 'Use graphical cards in hand view' option helped in HM2 but no in Pokerstars. When I open HUD options>Hand Viewer 4 color deck is still on.

I am a little unclear on what you are trying to achieve here. Are you talking about the HUD mucked cards, the cards in the hand history viewer, or the cards in the pokerstars client?

There is no way to change the mucked cards or the hand history viewer from 4 color to 2 color.

If you are talking about something in the pokerstars client you will need to ask their support team. I haven't personally played stars since Black Friday or I would try to help you.

On the reports tab the cards turned from 4 color to 2 color. But, when I double-click a hand I played (replayer) I see 4 colors. Same thing in the HUD in a Pokerstars table after the hand has ended (nothing to do with Pokerstars).

Also, the HUD for each player appears on the right of the player. How can I put it below the player?

There is no way to change the mucked cards. The replayer cards can kind of be edited but it is a hack/workaround and not something most people should do unless you are comfortable swapping around files and have or can create replacement 2 color decks for the replayer. You have to install a partner branded build and then edit the files accordingly yourself - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...ml#post1704171

If the HUD needs to be moved slightly just hold the right mouse button while hovering over the HUD then drag it while holding the mouse button. Here is a link to our new FAQ explaining all of the various mouse shortcuts in the HUD - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ouse+Shortcuts

OK managed to import my hands! In the HUD do you know how I can have parenthesis in the number of hands I have played with the villain? Stat appearance>abbreviation seems not do anything.
Also, do you know how I can find out my win/loss when both villain and I have sets?

STARSCOMMUNICATOR.HM2 was flagged as a Malware on Avast this morning and moved to the virus chest.

Now the HUD does not appear on the Zoom tables, is this just a case of restoring and add to exclusions ?

Last night I chose my stars nick and couldn't view my played tournaments for that day while choosing an alias (that the stars nick was part of) showed the results

Now today I again played some SNGs and the alias (that contains the SN) won't show the results while choosing the SN will show them

It seems like if the program is on and a player is chosen, I have to pick the other one for the results to show

Is this a known bug?

I actually was asked this on our forums recently and still have the modified HUD installed that I created.

- pick the HUD you want to edit in the HUD Settings upper left drop-dwon preview window
- In the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings enable the [x] Show Abbreviations option

- In the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance menu:
- You will need a stat to the right of your 'Total Hands' stat to accomplish this
- put a left bracket '[' in the Stat Settings > Abbreviation field for your 'Total Hands' stat
- put a right bracket ']' in the same field for the stat to the right of 'Total Hands' (Name in my example pics)
- For any other stats/rows you will probably want to remove any default abbreviations and replace them between stats as needed with something like a '/'

This is not easily done (might not be possible, but not 100% positive at the moment) since you can not set a hand value in the filters for anyone but the selected player. I think it can be done through a variety of steps using the By HandMarking report and creating an alias for all of your opponents but that process is very resource intensive and the other steps are rather complex so it would be best if you start a new thread on our forums and ask this there and I can have our QA & Testing Manager write out the steps for you. You are likely to have questions/problems with the process so it is best if we have a dedicated thread or email chain to work with you on it.

This is a false positive. Please see this thread for more info.

You need to make sure it does not get quarantined, add exceptions for the file(s), and install the update again (might help to disable/uninstall the AV software when installing the update) just to be certain none of the new/false-positive files were quarantined.

Once all of the files mentioned in the FAQ for your site/game have exceptions set and are certain to be installed it should solve your HUD problems. If you continue to have problems we need you to email the files/logs requested at the end of the FAQs.

I have seen this reported occasionally but am not sure if we have an open ticket for it. I think we had similar tickets in the past but were not able to reproduce it consistently (or at all) internally.

This is the ticket that comes to mind with a quick search and it was closed as can't reproduce:

HM-5574: Active Session won't show one site name when playing on 2 sites and changing player names

If you restart HM2 after changing from alias to screen name or vice versa can you see the hands/tournaments?

If you can narrow down the steps to what does/doesn't cause it can you email us or start a thread on our forums so we can have our testers try to reproduce it again? I just pinged them but none of them are around yet this morning/weekend.

You can't find the folder? If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

How many more updates until you actually resolve the Zoom HUD issue on stars? Honestly I don't feel like doing what you've asked me to do to fix it (I haven't been given a good reason to other than a simple request), but I'd like to know when it can be truly repaired, and why it doesn't work.

Howdy,

I'm running reports using quick filters. Does anybody know if there is a filter option for cold-calling a 3Bet? If not, does anybody know if there is a way to use multiple quick filters to achieve the same goal?

For instance, I'm wanting to know how I do when I cold-call a 3Bet on the button, with AK. I.e. When I didn't make the initial raise or 3Bet, I called the 3Bet.

There are a few isolated cases that do not work - pokerstars.es, and when short-handed, the HUD shows on the wrong player.

The steps we've most likely given are steps that will have to be done - running the files as admin and adding the files to your antivirus exceptions lists. There won't be an update that will make this unnecessary.

- Close HM2 and PokerStars.
- Please update to the latest internal beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Check your C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Temp folder for a file named StarsCommunicator.hm2 and if you see it please delete it.

In More Filters - Basic Filters - Position and Action, use the filter Vs 2 Raisers; hero position = button, and then common filters, use PFR = false, VPIP = true.

You can then add more filters, hole cards, board textures, and so on, but this is the basic filter that you will use to see when you cold call a 3bet.

CASH tab in reports


Tornament tab working fine, for other players cash tab works fine, in the "Active sesssion" any session hands displayed normally, played before this happend with cash tab satellite for the fpp and few spin-and-go
