I have ~630 hands vs this guy from last August-October in 6max.

Today he joined back in the games and for some reason my HUD doesn't show his previous hands. It started from 0 again.

When I look his hands from last autumn, I see only his HUD stats from today in the Hand Replayer.

This is very weird and I've never encountered such thing before.

Database corruption possible or what?

Do you have any HUD Options > Additional HUD FIlters set that may be filtering the HUD stats? Does your replayer use the same HUD config as your tables?

Did you update HM recently from an older version?

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

If that doesn't help, try this:

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.

Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com.

I can't find it on our new FAQs, but here is the old FAQ - http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=44

I don't understand what you are asking. We are working on full multi-currency support currently.

The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services > secondary logon > right-click > start AND right-click > properties > startup type: automatic.

I would suggest you use our new 1-click, combo installer - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hol...ager_Setup.exe

if you already have HM installed, make sure to uncheck that box during installation, so you will only install PostgreSQL 8.4.

Is there anyway to change when a "session ends" for example. I am looking at Sessions Tab sorted by Table. One session is listed as

"60 minutes / 11 Hands Played"

I play 9 hands over 10 minutes and then played 3 hands over 3 minutes with a 47 minute break in the middle.

This DISTORTS one's hourly rate as it shows "Minutes Played" as being significantly higher than it really is.

please see this thread where i add more details

I haven't heaad back from support via email so figured would post issue here.

Here is my latest issue with HEM. I previously configured it correctly, now however since I switched antivirus software(only notable change I made) it will no longer load up. Here is the error message I'm receiving.

Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

This goes back to POSTGRES, which I had working perfectly previously. I apologize for my continued problems, I just am computer illiterate. Thanks.

Close HM

C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config\HoldemManger.config

Open with > Notepad

Approximately at line 60:
<setting name="SessionTimeoutDuration">30</setting>
30 minutes of no playing = new session

I use 5 minutes
<setting name="SessionTimeoutDuration">5</setting>
That is planned for the 1.11 or 1.12 version. We are still trying to finalize the 1.10 build with multi-currency and rush hud.

All I can say is this should be coming soon, hopefully before we start the 1.11 Beta versions.

Which Anti-Virus are you using now? Have you tried setting program exceptions in it (if possible) and/or tried uninstalling it and rebooting?

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ender+Problems

Please try following these FAQs, step by step:

1) http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...rt+PostgreSQL+
2) reinstall the same version of postgresql, using the same \data folder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...g+Old+Database
3) http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/s...ead.php?t=8261

If that doesn't help you will probably have to reinstall PostgreSQL completely and reimport your hands using these instructions

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hol...ager_Setup.exe

Is there any way to change the default stats under Cash Games-> Sessions? I'm mainly wanting to see how many VPP's I'm earning per session without having to filter every time when I'm under the "reports" tab.

You guys need to create a popup with latest news / MOTD type thing on running. I was not aware Holdem Manager no longer works properly on FTP for many people and that just cost me about $300. I'm more than just a bit annoyed. When multitabling I rely on the software not being bugged out of its ****ing mind and only noticed when it was already too late today.

I don't know if this is possible.

I will ask the others.

No, although it has been suggested and voted for on uservoice.

If you right click the session and use Update all Filters for Session Date and Time Range, it may make it a bit easier to filter and check.

Neither was I. Please tell me what problems you are having so I can suggest some possible fixes. You didn't really give me much to work with in your post.

It will certainly be added, eventually. It is not on the short list yet, unfortunately. Here is the item if you want to help vote it up the list.

Cooled down now. Nothing like paying off a 15/13 russian nit because my crutch is saying he's a 30/30.

I just browsed through the HEM HUDs bugs forum and saw numerous posts regarding FTP, though none with my exact problem. I 'may' have fixed my problem now simply by setting HMImport.exe to run as administrator. This isn't something I've ever needed to do.

HEM was importing some hands, but not all. And the HUD was displaying wonky stats, on some tables no stats at all and sometimes displaying copies of the same hands in the HUD hand replayer list. Since swapping HMImport to run as admin it's grabbed all the hand histories. I'll post again after testing if it's still going crazy.

Although I do still think a MOTD type thing would be a great update. Letting people know there's support for rush hands in the latest update, observed/prefetch hand histories aren't working, etc.
