How can the "River Call Efficiency" can be 1,01 but the "River Call %" it`s 54.9%?

Also i filtered only the hands calling on river:
http://prntscr.com/cau8bp
But here the River Call Eff it`s 2.0 and River Call % it`s 59% even though it`s the same period.

So it`s a bug or what?
I can't see your screen shots. Please send the screen shots attached to a support ticket along with the hands used to create them exported from your database. There are a couple of ways to export the entire tournament.

Use the Overall report and click the 'Last 250' drop-down button between the data grids and change it to 'All' to load all the hands in the lower data grid. Left-Click a hand in the lower data grid to select it, click 'Ctrl+A' to highlight all of the hands, then 'right-click > save to hard drive...' to save just those hands to a new file.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and attach the hands/images. When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Sorry, missed this earlier.

The same code can be used on 2 pc's you own at once and can be reset as often as needed. Please try using our site to retrieve and/or reset the code whenever necessary.

If you have any problems activating the software please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues.

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.

Please make a backup of your settings and reset them as described here.

If that does not solve your problems please close HM2 and try to copy all files/folders EXCEPT FOR \Database and NoteCaddyDefinitions from C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager* to a new \Desktop folder. This will cause you to lose all of your settings but it will hopefully solve the problem.

*If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Does HM work with microgaming anon hu tables?

Having Issues with HUD Flickering/Blinking in zoom games.
Have also tried the solution here: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-...om-tables.html
but problem still exist after updating graphic driver, windows is fully updates (win 7), enabled desktop composition and aero theme is on too. I even uninstalled and reinstalled .net framekwork using 4.6.2 as 4.0 and 4.5 would not install...
What else can I do to stop this flickering of the HUD in zoom games? I saw other players on twitch having zero problems with their hm2 hud in zoom games...

edit: auto z-order or force hud on tables does not work either.

  • Due to the way they identify their windows we can only display a single HUD when playing multiple MTT/SNG tables.
  • On cash tables we do support the HUD on multiple tables.
  • They no longer allow us to display a HUD on their Anonymous tables.
  • On Blaze tables they only write hand histories for hands that go to showdown so we can not support a HUD on these games.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a short video using http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html or http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/ or https://www.techsmith.com/download/snagit/
- if the video is too big for email you can share it via screencast, dropbox, googledrive or filedropper, and send us a link to watch it.
- try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock (right-click the windows clock > adjust date/time > keep the clock with the seconds hand in the video) and poker client lobby clock in the video
- and your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

*The bold part is important so we can try and match the time the HUD blinks to the time stamps in the log files.

The latest beta stickied in our HM2 Releases Forum.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Full Tilt and Stars need to be recognised as separate sites. They use different table layouts so have to keep changing hud placement manually each time. It doesn't matter that they're the same "network" now, there is no way to have the same layout on each site so HM2 should treat them differently.

This is the same way we treat any network that has multiple skins. It is not possible to recognize them as different networks AFAIK since they use the same hand history format now.

What you can do since they have different table/seat layouts (unlike most networks that use the same software) is to create a clone of your HUD (HUD Settings > HUD Designer > Pick the HUD to clone > New > Name it something like 'HUDnameFT' and then choose that HUD from the Table HUD drop-down list when playing on FTP.

It is explained on that last link about how to send the logs. We don't use an email address any longer. Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

I do not have an ETA for when more development will be done for HM Cloud as the developer's focus right now is on getting the next HM3 Beta released.

Hi,

I recently upgraded to the latest build of Windows 10 (v1607, OS build 14393.82), and ever since then, Hem 2 is freezing and crashing often when I play 4 tables of 6-max Zoom NLHE. It was running very smoothly for months before this.

I have added exceptions to the firewall and Windows Defender, except for blitz.dll and speed.dll, because those do not exist in my Holdem Manager 2 folder. However, I have tried playing with the firewall and Windows Defender real-time protection turned off and am still getting crashes.

I also have adjusted my postgresql.conf file as suggested on your website. Should I send in log files? Please help.

Thanks.

I found the FAQ you were referencing. I will see what I can do about getting that in line with the main site where tournament support is notes as a 'post beta feature'.

Those dll files were replaced. I will make a note that those FAQs should be updated.

We need to see the log files sent in from you manually.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Question. I start HEM2 everytime by clicking on it in my desktop. But does one need to update hem manually? I don't recall noticing an update at all and wondering if one has to manually update it.

Also, many times after i start HEM, it would show loading but never loads. I then have to control alt delete and close the program and shut it down. I then go and click hem2 again... many times it would say an instance of hem2 is already running. The only way to run hem2 again would be restart my computer. There is no other way. Or is there?
Could this be related to me never doing any vacuuming my HEM2 ever?

Official release updates should prompt you regardless of how you launch it. If you want to be notified of beta updates: Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

This could be caused by cultural conflicts in the software. You will just need to reset the culture info.

Close HM2.

A) Windows 10 actually has two different locations to configure your PC region and language settings, both of these need to be checked.
1) Click on the start button and then "Settings"
2) From the settings windows, click on "Time & Language"
3) On the following window make sure "Region and language" > "Country or region" is set to "United States". *
4) Then click on the option "Additional date, time & regional settings"
5) On the following window click the option "Change date, time or number formats" to the right of "Region"
6) Make sure the format option here is set to "English (United States)". *

B) Windows 7/8
1) Open the Control Panel
- Windows 7: From the Start menu click "Control Panel"
- Windows 8: Press the Windows Key on your keyboard & "X", then click "Control Panel"
2) On the control panel window click "Clock, Language and Region":
3) Click "Change the date, time or number format"
4) Change your region to English (United States)*

*Afterwards, you can set it back to your standard setting.

*If your settings are already configured to English (United States) as described above please change them to another setting and finish the instructions, then repeat the instructions and change them back to English (United States).

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

You should perform maintenance on the database often. I recommend at least once a month, more often if you play professionally.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database.
