Also:

- Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client.

- Check your C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Temp folder for a file named StarsCommunicator.hm2 and if you see it please delete it.
- If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If none of the above helps send the log file, hud error report, etc requested in the previous post via email and we can send u a new internal build that might fix your problems along with some special logging files to use if it doesn't help to help us narrow down the cause. We don't want to post the new internal build publicly yet as we are trying to get these special logs when necessary so we can solve any remaining problems that this internal build doesn't solve pefore we make it a public beta build, and the current way of doing this special logging hasn't yet been integrated to the HM2 Feature Logging menu so it needs to be streamlined before we post it publicly.

Needless to say, this caused my HM2 not to work any more (HUD not working since license cannot be validated).

I found your thread and the problem occurred because you posted an sql query without [code] tags. Our forums have automated security that will trigger an ip ban/block and this is one of the triggers.

I edited the post with code tags for now and ping'd our webmaster so he can remove the ip block when he is online next but for now there is nothing else I can do until he does his thing.

Thanks, looking forward to it!
I tried to post from 3 different (fixed) IP's. Can I provide you the IP addresses to you somehow?

After I bust out of a single table tourney. If I leave the table open. Will Hold'em Manager continue to collect hand data on the rest of the tourney or will it be subject to the "you can't save data for tables you are not playing at rule."

???

The site will only write hands you play in to your computer so there is nothing for us to import. The only network that writes observed hands anymore is Winning Poker Network but I don't know if they write them for tourneys (I assume they do not, but can't say for sure without testing) as I only play cash games.

Hi Support,

I extracted all my tournament hand histories (Pokerstars) from my old HDD database and imported them into my new SSD database. However, it is currently showing a negative 4 digit net profit for all my tournaments when Sharkscope has me on a positive 5 digit net profit.

Please assist me.

You exported the Hand Histories from HM2 on one computer and imported them to another computer? This will not bring over the results, only the hands.

You should backup the database and restore it or copy the original hand histories and tournament summaries from the HM2Archive folder on one computer then import them to the other. This is the easiest/fastest way as a database will restore much quicker than it will take to import the hands to recreate it.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

If you have any problems with either of those methods for any reason you can email pokerstars and ask them to send you all your hands/results via email.

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries. They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder and then manually import those files by going to the Importing option in the HM Ribbon menu and choosing import from folders in the manual import section.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments and repeat the process of importing all the files. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions otherwise they will not import. You can view this FAQ for more information on importing emailed hand histories:

Using the Tournament Editor should fix both lines. The only Tournament Editor bug I am aware of currently is with editing freeroll winnings.

Yes, this is available. It is in Other Advanced Filters. It is the third from the bottom.

If you want to see his range for when he open raises (it folded to him), that would be steal. The stat is called RFI (Raise First In) for MP and EP, but steal for CO-BTN-SB.

If you want to see the total for all situations - when there were limpers before as well - then this would be PFR. PFR is the total raise.

Hi, I requested for all my hand histories and is currently in the process of importing into my new database. However, NoteCaddy is creating all these notes that's been taking quite a lot of time. I last checked my HoldemManager folder and found this NoteCaddy LOG.txt file 15.5gb, which is growing as we speak.

What's going on? Please help!

NoteCaddy Basic is enabled by default. If you don't want the NC notes to show in the HUD you can disable them in HUD Settings > HUD Designer > [ ] Show notes and close HM2. Then you should be able to delete that log file safely and restart HM2.

To reclaim the space the notes take in your database:

Close HM2 > Start > All Programs > PGAdmin > Servers > PostgreSQL > Databases > Database Name > Schemas > public > Tables > notecaddy_data > right-click > delete/drop

I might have discovered another bug.

All of my games are 6-player hyper turbos (Merge Network) and I'm running HM 2.0.0.8162.

I can successfully fix the rake and winnings, but a few of the games have 5 or 10 in the rebuy field (it should blank of course), which I can't seem to get rid of (even after closing/reopening HM2).

5 and 10 represent a full buy-in without rake in each case.

I tried making the field blank and also entering zero. It always goes back. Do you think there is a current solution for this?

Thanks
