Im going to get a sager laptop and apparently they dont come with windows installed so i have to get a windows copy.


Is there any issues with holdem manager 2 or tableninja 1 on Windows 8.1 or windows 7 ultimate or professional or any other version that isn't windows 7 64 bit home premium? I haven't had issues with windows 7 64 bit premium so i want to know if there would be any issues if i choose windows 8.1 or windows 7 ultimate or some other windows and use it on this new sager laptop.

Hi

After spending 5 hours on teamviewer with support on Saturday to fix the issue with HUDs on fast forward, the problem was eventually corrected.

But now it is back again.

I would appreciate it if Chris from support could let me know what action was eventually successful in getting my HUD to work so I can repeat it. Thanks.

Either should be fine but Win 8 has some more restrictive permissions issues that can give you troubles during hm2 setup with the poker clients. The solution was to delete the PartyFastForwardTables.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

You can look through our HUD Repository > Popup tab for popups you like and see if the HUD they are from has a Fold to 4 Bet specific popup you can use - http://www.holdemmanager.com/hud_repository/popups.php

We don't have custom stats so not sure what you want in that regards unless you were referring to a NoteCaddy stat for Fold to 4Bet that is different from the default HM2 vs 4Bet > TOT Fold to 4Bet stat in some way.

You can do a lot of editing in the HUD Designer if you want to add test, lines, change the background color, etc. There is no way to import/convert a .pop file directly to a HUD though. You might be able to find a good starting point on our HUD Repository if you need a template to start with - http://www.holdemmanager.com/hud_repository/index.php

You can't add images but you can create charts. We have a NASH popup chart included - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...81/NASH+Charts

Sorry 1 more question, I am trying to set up the mucked cards. Atm they are not showing up and when I click on the settings icon on the HUD and click show mucked cards all that happens is, around the edge of my HUD goes red but nothing to do with mucked cards shows up?

hud settings > general settings > advanced settings > [x] click for stat popup

Now you won't get hover popups. To see those stat specific popups you have to click. This means the main tabbed popup is now inaccessible.

If you only want to see the tabbed main popup when clicking then you need to leave that setting above disabled and go in the hud settings > stat appearance menu for your preferred hud you want to edit and assign the stat settings > popup > ' ' (no named popup from top of drop-down list for every stat in the HUD that you don't want to see a hover popup for.

Is this a custom HUD or a default HUD that is included with HM2? It sounds like the position settings or entire HUD/prefs file is corrupted.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch.

Hi, is it a general problem that the hud doesnt show (sometimes only 1 players, at the wrong spot) while playing on Stars table?

This happen on aroung 15-20% off my table, sometimes shutting down/hem2 works but some other times not.

We will need some more information. What type of tables are these? Are they short-handed? Were they Table Starters? Is this cash or Tournaments?

i'm guessing they are tables he joined when they were just forming or playing hu. many times the HUD will only show stats for those 2 ppl playing, freeze and never update again even if you restart hem

i reported this a couple of weeks ago

Not sure if it has to do with HU but it's possible yes.

Regular 6max tables/cash game

will do the log files later, thanks, also all my friends are telling me this thing his happening to them too, but they have better success of getting the stats back by resetting HEM2, wich I don't (maybe work 1/10 for me)

Hello. There should be a stat for turn probe + river bet. And also a fold to delayed cbet stat.

These stats are pretty important for heads up. Im not sure why these stats dont exist. Could you please shed some light? strongly considering a move to PT4

I think our QA/Testing Manager looked at your logs (assuming I am remembering things right) and determined that even though your tables were not the 'table starters' it was the same issue being reported in the logs as the ticket we wrote up for the table starters. We are still working on this issue for the table starters and our hopes are that once it is resolved it will solve it for the issue you (and apparently the poster below) are having as well.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Make sure you include the forum link and your forum name so the person that gets your email will know that even though it is not a 'table starter' table that the problem is likely related to the ticket we have in our system for table starters.

There are some zoom issues on a few of the country specific stars skins that have arose the past week. Our new beta 8223 should solve it in most cases.

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.
