Is it possible to change a sng payout amount for a specific site so that it retains the changes? HM1

I just downloaded this today. I started using it while playing a few hands on Stars, it was a new Stars account and I had no hands played on it.

I had HEM2 open while playing at the Stars table, and it mentioned that the hud was running at the top of the PokerStars screen. It kept saying

Waiting for hands...

Even after a played an orbit or two of hands, it still kept saying

Waiting for hands...

the hud said it was on, and recognized I was playing a table on Stars, but it never started to show any info under any of the other players.

How many hands do I need to play before the info will start to show up? or is there some option I need to select or setting I need to change?

I just tried changing both my alias and my Hero, but the only option I have is my Cake account.

I have both a PokerStars and an Ipoker account I would like to use HEM2 with, but those sites aren't showing up in HEM only Cake is.

I just downloaded the HEM2 today. When it loaded up, it already recognized my Cake poker account. I need it to recognize my Titan and PokerStars accounts.

I haven't played any hands on the Titan account yet, but I have played about 50 hands or so on the Stars account, with HEM2 turned on and running in the background.

HEM2 is registering PokerStars as being open and the table I am at as running, and being the table I am at, but it isn't importing any hands.

I tried changing my alias and the hero, but in both cases the only account the program will find is my Cake account, not my PokerStars or my Titan account.

Sorry, I don't mean to spam here, just wondering what I need to do, I have tried several things already, including attempting to import folders from stars and nothing seems to be working.

None of the instructional videos in HEM2 seem to cover this either, although I expect one might.

This is not possible at the moment but we have just started the integration of a editable payout data file for sng tourneys so chances are this will be possible in some month.

Make sure ur hh are being saved on stars, haveny played there in awhile( U.S. Player) but I ththink the default is off. That should solve ur stars prob.

In HM1 was possible to make costum stats for Reports, creating a custom.txt file in the reports directory, is this possible with HM2?

I have a question about Microgaming anon tables. When I was first trying out HM2 a while ago you had to manually reset hud stats when a new player sat down. Is that still necessary or is it automatic now ?

No, this is not possible in HM2 but if you own the premium version of notecaddy you can create custom stats and incorporate them in the HUD. We do have plans for a custom stat builder within HM2 but there is no ETA for it yet. With the new architecture in HM2 it is much easier for the developers to add new stats when requested so if there is something you want to see in the Reports/HUD you can suggest it on our forums and we can consider adding it - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/feat...ests-feedback/

They now reset automatically. This was implemented back in March.

I have NC premium, but the stat i want is only useful in Reports and i don't think it can be created on NC. It's bb/100 for the rake paid.

just updated to 1.12.10b having been away for 2 mths. when i start it says its going to change the database structure so will take a while etc, not to force shutdown. but then itll just take ages and say it timed out and crash.... help!

Same thing happened to me awhile back. Very annoying, I was told to have to start from scratch and create a new database. Lost all my old stuff. Sigh. Didn't want to bother re-importing all the old hands.

I understand your frustration but unfortunately it is a very complex issue. The problems are within the tourney detection system and not necessarily with the EV calculations. The tourneys are being incorrectly identified so it is using the EV calculations for different tourney types. I am hopeful that it will be resolved in our next release but I can't give an ETA yet for when that might be released.

This happens to a small percentage of customers (I would guess 1% or less) because of problems in their existing database or limited free space that cause the update to fail.

The update runs a database update which may need a significant amount of time if your database is large or your computer is slow. Just let it run overnight and make sure to have enough free space on your HDD.

If you can't get past that error you may need to create a new database and import your original hands to rebuild your database.

Manually run the \rvg software\holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe > connect > create new database

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Looking to find out if HM1 works with zoom. I downloaded the update which allows me to track hands and see a HUD, but the HUD does not correspond to the current tables I am playing on. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks for the response.
