HM1 or HM2? which gametype? Do you have additional hud filters configured? If the number of active players at the tables is different this might be the reason.

1 more thing on hm2, everytime i move my mouse over a table the hud disapears for a sec. How do i go about making the hud stay put? also, is there anyway i could disable the pop up stats?

but it's still not working in HEM1 and since Party made a change recently that causes the v1.11.0 parser to throw up import errors (I think it's because they started allowing spaces in your name...), it needs fixing more desperately now.

Ya that script is pretty good, I'm only interrupted if the table where I'm writing the note at pops up. After downloading the beta build in the little test I just did the replayer started working. The problems I had with it is when I pressed the last hand in the HUD in the top left, 90%+ of the time nothing would pop up, and there would be a blank window in the taskbar.

Another issue I have is the Pop-up being off the screen, so if I want to look at the pop-up of a player on the right hand of the screen, I have to drag the table to the middle of my screen. It's quite inconvenient while 12 tabling.

The pot size in the hand history viewer is always wrong, it doesn't calculate the potsize with the blinds properly:

Pot size should obv be $120 in this hu hand

Also, I can't get the tag system to work in the HH viewer. Am I doing something wrong?

That's good to hear. I think if we tried to do what you wanted within the program it would cause problems on some sites preventing the tables from popping up correctly. I used to use the redirect script whenever I played stacked. If I played tiled I could usually disable the site's 'bring to front' feature and not have to use the script.

Just to be clear: The problems you mentioned were with the old version but seem to be resolved in the latest build on our forums?

Are you using Win XP? Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

We have an open ticket for this but most of our testers are not able to reproduce this so we think it may be XP specific.

This (ticket #3674) has already been fixed in the internal build this week and will be in our next public release. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA for release yet.

Then try these steps that were given to me by one of our testers:

- select tag in hand viewer e.g. "for review", "bad beat" e.t.c.
- in hm2 select show only marked hands
- and filter further in drop down box

HH replayer. I know you have had months to alpha test, months more to beta test, and a couple months of being in full "sellable" mode.

On a 6max table the HH replayer shoves all six player to one side of the table and leaves little rooms for HUD stats, while the other side of the table is left empty. I assume since you have had all this time to reflect that this is the way you have decided it looks best???? [/sarcasm]

Hey guys, Recently had a virus on my comp but got it all cleaned up. Holdem manager was on when this happened and now I cannont connect to the data base. When i click connect i get this message:

DB Control Panel

Connection Error: Unable to read data from transport connection. An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host. ---> system.net Sockets.sockets exception. An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host

at systemnet.sockets.received[byte][]buffer. int32 offset, int32 size, Socketflags socketflags.....

there is about another 12 lines of this script. I cannot copy and paste and dont really wanna type it all out if i dont have to.

If anyone can help me out it would be grealy appreciated.

I was able to duplicate it with some Merge FR hands but it seems to be placing the seats properly, according to the seat #'s in the hand history files. The 6max hands I have tested so far seem to be displayed properly, so if you can send us some 6max hands that don't it would be helpful.

Here are 2 hands from the same Full Ring table, about 30 minutes apart as the table was breaking down.

hud isnt working on party (11$ tourney). i didnt log in to party for a few weeks. it did work back then, so my settings should be right. did i miss an update or something? (using 1.12.07 currently)

We have some open tickets for problems with winnings/rake but I dont see anything about 'no hud'.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

Hi. Im using HEM2 trial version and after the last update of Pokerstars ,HEM2 doesnt import hands anymore. No hud display in tables too. Anyone knows something about it?

Im using HM2 version .5965. I play on pokerstars. I have big HUD problem.

First my tourney HUD is not showing. I have check the pokerstars setting everything is save fine. My hand are importing.... and I can not even make it work using table finder.

What can I do?

Second my cash HUD always shows only stats for the session I am playing. If I want to see all the hands I have on vilain I have to double click like I usually do to see session stats. At first it shows all the hands for all the vilain but when I get in the game it automatically switch to the session only stats.

What happening with that?

2 ways to change this:

hm2 > hud options > config properties > hud settings > [ ] use session stats

live table HUD > Settings > [x] normal / [ ] session

The pre-fetch HUD shows lifetime stats on the observed tables. After you have played 1 live hand it will switch to live HUD and use whatever HUD options you have selected.

Make sure your client is saving the hands. Pokerstars recent update disabled the options > instant hand history > [x] save my hands option for many of their customers.

Weird thing happen. I get to have an HUD on a tourney table but it was my 6 max cash game HUD. Everytime I go back into HUD options > site options and change the setting for tourney table it change also my setting for for my 6 max game and when I change it back for my 6 max game, the HUD shows up in my tourney table with my 6 max game HUD. No way I can have my tourney HUD working on a tourney table.
