So holdemmanager is showing that I raked 476 euros last 3 days and my pokersites web site shows that I only raked 368, is there any way HEM could be off by that much or am I getting ripped off.

This is probably because of your upload internet connection speed. Usually the upload speed is much much lower than the download speed.

We are working on fixes for this and hope to have it fixed with the next release.

If yes, this is something we would like to address and resolve if possible.

Can you be more specific? I am not sure I understand what you are trying to say here. 1.10.06a has things that 1.12.09 does not?

oh, no I meant the only problem that 1.10.06a had with Ongame was the speed tables.
and yes, 1.10.06a has something that the newer version don't which is far more important than the HUD on speed tables to me anyways - which is why i want exactly that version

My HEM2 doesn't save my HUD preferences - it reverts back to the default HUD and I have to switch HUDs on every new table. How do I get it to save my preferences? I am playing on merge, and have it always goes to default 2.0 on every table!

Ok if you give us details of whats missing we can try and fix it but its only a matter of time before old versions become unusable. In the meantime here is the version you requested in the meantime http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...1.11.06a-1.exe

Holdem Manager has a built in installer in the setup program available from http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe and we recommend using that version

If you have issues with this installer please try the following before installing:
1) Go to start > programs > accessories > click on command prompt
(If your using Vista or Windows 7 and have UAC enabled you’ll need to do the following before clicking on command prompt: right-click on command prompt and chose run as administrator)
2) In the dos window that appears type the following and press return:
net user postgres /delete

Please note if you get an error at this point and report it to us. Then proceed with the installation. If you receive any errors during installation please take a screenshot of the error and send to us.

Alternatively you repeat steps 1 and 2 above and then install the versions below and see if they work and also note any errors you receive during installation:
PostgreSQL 9.0, 8.4 or 8.3 - http://www.enterprisedb.com/products...wnload#windows
PostgreSQL 8.2 - http://wwwmaster.postgresql.org/down...l-8.2.21-1.zip

Can you attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig folder and let us know what site this is happening on and which hud your expecting to show when the default one appears, you can also email hm2support@holdemmanager.com if thats easier

I am sorry for the delay in reply to this line of questions. I had to check with our stats developer on this to get a detailed reply as it is a bit over my head.

Here is his reply:

Both the HM1 and HM2 3Bet stats include all "pf 3bet reraises" - including squeezes.
  • Single Raised Pot: Facing a Single Raiser and any number of limpers and/or callers.
  • 3Bet: Pct of time player raises (3Bets) as 1st preflop action when facing Single Raised Pot.
  • Squeeze: Pct of time player raises (3Bets) as 1st preflop action when facing Single Raised Pot (with one or more callers).

I cant say off the top of my head (as I cant play there to test) so it may be best if you schedule a remote support session with one of our techs that does play/test there.

Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Try toggling the HUD Options > Config Properties > General Settings > [ ] Auto Z-order

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file.

Please zip and email the file, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

If we cant solve it from the log file we may want to book a remote support session to document it more thoroughly for our developers.

XP:
c:\documents and settings\{username}\application data\HoldemManager

7/vista
c:\users\{username}\appdata\roaming\HoldemManager

Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Are you using a laptop? These generally have slower HDDs than desktops and may have been part of the reason for some of your issues.

The slowness you experienced in the past with HM2 should be much better once we release our next build. The developers have made a lot of changes over the holidays (so many changes that we could not push any public builds over the holidays) with speed and responsiveness that should improve performance on both slower/older machines and newer machines with SSD as well. It is going through a lot of internal testing right now and performs much better on my 7 year old desktop (I 15 tabled with no issues) than the public build. We hope to have that build out later this week so please give it a test when available and let us know if it helps.

I got it and just handed it off to one of our other technicians that is an expert when it comes to trouble shooting postgresql installation problems. You should receive a reply shortly to setup a meeting. He will send you a link to teamviewer that you can download, and run. Once you start teamviewer it will show you an ID and Pass that you will need to reply with so the technician can join you.

Hey - another Stars.dk user that cannot work this **** out :S

I have downloaded and installed 1.12.09 with ALL virus/malware programs off.

I have added the HH folder to auto import folders.

I have english HH's and they are in the HH folders I tell them to be in (tried 3 different locations - none worked). I can manually import the HH files but not automatically. HUD ain't working even though table manager can see the tables - and "the red box" isn't helping (but that's because of no import?).

What gives?

Fozzy, my graphics drivers are up to date and have all windows updates.

When i drag the popup off the table, it doesn't do it. But if its on the table, it remains there for around 2 mins. Here is an image:

I have a new problem. I recently had a laptop problem wich resulted in BSOD and a memory dump at the end of the boot process. I seem to have eliminated it to being caused by the service Microsoft Ready Boost. With ready boost disabled, I can now boot. When I try to start HEM though I get the message that it failed to establish a connection to 127.0.0.1. It then brings up the database cotrol panel, which asks me if i would like HEM to start the service. If I click yes, it says that HEM has started the service. Restarting HEM just starts the same errors over again. Is this connected to the non running Ready Boost, or is this just a conincidence?

Any suggestions what to try?
