It would help if you told me which version of HM1 and which site(s)/tourneys this is. SNG or MTT?

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe and make sure it says 1.12.09 at the top of the program.

go to Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all.

Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs


If you continue to have problems, try the following -
*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

The hands were from SNGs, I manually imported from the HMArchive and now it seems to be working automatically again, thanks!

hem1 hud is not displaying. table manager is showing tables, but shows 0/0 players.

Hi.
Seems like I'm experiencing exactly the same problems as many others here. No HUD or results coming through.
I've seen people suggesting updates, but have also seen suggestions of waiting for an HEM update. What should I do?
I have HEM professional 1.11.07a FWIW.

i uploaded and instaled version 0.9 because i have HM1.. but them it gives me license issues.. i have here my serial soo... what i have to do?

You are the first one to mention any problems like this.

Try a different browser and see if it helps.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).


1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try again.

If that doesn't work try to enable the [x] Auto-Detect option and try again.


If neither of those options worked, try the following steps for FireFox:

1) Open your Firefox > Options >Advanced > Network > Connection: Settings

3) Try to register HM again.
4) If that still fails try using [x] Auto-detect proxy
5) Try again.

You need to activate the software again because of the licensing fix in 1.12.08.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Stars pushed an update that stopped hands importing, we have an internal version with a fix ready you can read about and download here: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...tml#post857701

This is an updated internal version which addresses some of the bugs in the temporary internal we released earlier and should be a lot more stable

I wrote a couple days ago about how the hud disappears for a sec once i move my mouse over a table. It also does it when its my turn to act.

Anyways, you guys asked what site and what game i play. I play on stars and play the caps games.

Also, for what its worth i run table ninja as well and i have the table control mode set to table under mouse (bring to foreground).

try to toggle these 2 options and see if they help:

Hud Options > Config Properties > General Settings > [x] Auto Z-order

Hud Options > Config Properties > General Settings > [ ] Always on top

After installing the update of HEM1 today, the HUD isn't working properly. The positions are all messed up. If I fixed the positions in 1 table, the positions in some other tables aren't correct.

I don't use preferred seating.

using the newest hm2 update(.6088)... the hud initially recognizes players seated and the stats pop up. but it seems like as soon as i sit in it stops tracking. i have import and hud running...appropriate HH file locations.

On Pstars*

Any suggestions?

**Edit: think i figured it out. Hm2 didnt have my correct Pstars HH location. Which is strange cuz it appears although all my HH locations were transferred from HM1.

this procedure should help:
Configure the preferred seating of your Pokerclient and the seating preferences in HM accordingly. If you don't use this feature reset the seating preferences in HM for the site too.

* open one Table, play at least one hand (this is very important because the stats are rearranged on many sites after the import of the first hand).
* move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions
* Table manager -> Table -> Save positions
* Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.
