It's not Christmas for Fozzy for another 2.5 hours.

/whipcrack

But every time I've come in here to cover for him, he's here.

on HEM, how do I just show my session stats on the replayer (I don't want to see my entire history)? Also, is there a way to isolate just the stats that a specific opponent would have on you?

Thanks,

Thanks,
You can set session only stats in the replayer options.

You can filter reports for vs player. You can use note caddy stats for opponent perspective as well.

Thanks, but I am a computer tard. Where are the replayer options? I see an options bar on the HEM main screen, but only a "replayer layout" tab which doesn't seem to help. There is also a "HUD options" tab, but that doesn't work either. There is a "stats up to the day of the game" box on the replayer itself, but checking it doesn't seem to make my stats switch from lifetime to the day of the game.

Also, aside from filtering reports vs player, I assume this is the only way to do it, i.e., there is no way to just see your stats from the POV of the villain on the replayer itself?

I think it's fixed now (fingers crossed)... Did the whole priority support guide for licenses. The last step did it... Deleted virus scanner, create new admin user, download HEM2, Install, then move back to old account and it should work now.....

back to installing virus scanner and wait and see.....

It sounds like you are using HM1 instead of HM2. Please make sure you specify you are using HM1 as if you don't specify we have to assume you are using HM2.

I don't think there is any way to view the stats in the HUD like you want. You will have to look in the Sessions tab and Group by: Table.

NoteCaddy is the only way to see in HM how an opponent would see you - http://assaultware.blogspot.com/2011...n-by-your.html

What is your windows user name? Does it have any unique non-English characters like $ or # in the name? If so you will need to change the windows user name or use the new name and migrate your windows settings to the new name - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/29...s-home-premium

It could possibly be caused by your antivirus software:

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...%28Firewall%29
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log and log.txt files as explained in the last step of the following FAQ as we will need to continue this via email as this thread is not suited for these types of problems/questions - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Holdem+Manager

If I create a filter for a report is there a way I can add it to the 'Quick Filters' list?

Unfortunately this is not possible. It has been discussed by myself and the lead tester once or twice but it has never been written up as a feature request AFAICT. The only option available to you at this time is to save/load it from the Applied Filters menu in the upper right corner. I will discuss it with him again today and see if we can mention it to one of the developers to see if it would be possible and should be written up. If we write it up I will PM you the details so you can add your email address to the ticket.

Trial version of what? HM2? The only limitation of our HM2 free trial is the 30 day time limit.

is it possible to make `4bet range ip UTG-MP-CO`, and `4bet range oop stats UTG-MP-CO` in any future updates? For now HEM2 has only total 4bet ranges by position in total . For example `Call 3bet range` by position (say call 3bet range from UTG in position, and out of position, would love the same for 4bet range).
Particularly interested for UTG, MP, CO, because obviously for BTN/SB total 4b range indicates in and out of position respectively.
Thanks
Also - replayer layout update hasn't been added yet right?

HM2 -> "Filter for Tag" -> Whenever i select a filter, it dosnt take it. It selects "None" again and then nothing happens.

What to do?

We have large number of existing stat requests already and are trying to get them all added to HM2 before we write any new stat requests. Once we get all of the open stat requests added we will be trying to finalize our stats wiki list before we add any new stats. I haven't searched the open requests for your suggestions but there is a good chance some of these have already been suggested. If these stat requests are not already written up in our system we may reconsider adding them in the future after we have finalized our stats wiki project if more people also show support for it.

The new replayer has not been released yet. I expect the first basic version of the changes to be released early in 2014. The first version of the redesigned hand history viewer is in the latest beta build however.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. Try using the global filters instead of the site specific filters for now.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-7802: Filter for site specific tournament tags doesnt work

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._10Oct2013.exe

We disabled EV calcs for some sites/games as they were incorrect and we would rather give no calcs than incorrect ones. We are working on an upgraded Full Tilt Parser for HM2 but I am not sure if it will be shared with HM1 by default like most parsing code changes that get checked in to HM2. You may end up wanting/needing to upgrade to HM2 to get the most accurate EV calculations.
