This is how I fixed it for other customers:

Set the pokerstars client lobby clock to ET.

Leave your windows clock in CET.

Options > Settings... > Adjust Site Import Times

Pokerstars > Edit > 6

You may need to change that to 7 when the Daylight Savings Time happens.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but I'm having an issue with the replayer where it starts to get the blinds confused in 45 man MTTSNGs on Stars (the only ones I have tested) once the antes kick in. It would seem to get confused about which portions of the pot belong to the blinds, and which portion belongs to the antes. Is this a known issue?

While I'm here, since updating to the latest version I've had an issue with new tournaments stealing focus, even when I have the correct settings enabled in Stars. Could this be an issue with HEM?

Also, I've found an annoying behaviour which hinders my ability to review sessions which I'd like to try to find a workaround for if possible. As already stated I play MTTSNGs and I like to go through and review entire games at a time, so I will select a game and then reverse sort all hands so that it starts at BB20. I will then right click and replay all hands in the replayer. Once I get to a push/fold situation that I am unsure about I will go back to the hand list, find the hand in question, and then right click to review it in Wiz. Once done, I return to the hand list in the results tab only to find that it has re-sorted the hands starting from the highest blind level, which means I then have to re-navigate through the list the next time I want to Wiz a hand. It's a little annoying and I was wondering if there's a workaround? Ideally, it'd be really great if there was just an option to Wiz a hand directly from the replayer. Anything in the works for this?

Finally, while asking about potential new features, is there any chance in a future release that Wiz will be able to pull in HUD stats from villains in order to assign appropriate default ranges? That would be super useful.

Ive had TN for awhile. No other new software.
In last 2 days tho microsoft was on my computer fixing a problem i had with not being able to do windows update. They fixed it but they may have taken something out of the start up menu that is causing this?

Now I have more problems. Yesterday and today was getting message about
Error while retrieving the imported file list and transport connection and connection forcibly closed by remote host.
And when I try to use scanner I get this message:


also today got poker stars update and now when i try scan it says:
Poker stars: could not detect lobby.

Also updated to IE9 yesterday if that matter at all.
I just switched to classic lobby and scanner seems to work.

one (minimal) problem is usa and europe dont begin and end summer daylight saving time at the same day

I have a problem with auto import causing the PS client to lad bad.

I have for the last few months been playing FT Rush four tables with no problems. Today I logged onto PS, downloaded the latest release, and when I am auto importing the game is barely playable due to lag once I get to about eight tables. A couple of months ago when I was playing PS instead of FT I did not have this problem. I still have the same computer.

I have gone through and set all of the HM processes to affinity and to high. No help. I have vacuumed th database and it was no help.

I have 6 gig of RAM, 1 TB hard drive that barely has anything on it.

Any ideas?????

Oh ya. I'm using version 1.11.05

I should also say I removed the three recommended hand view columns

It could be, but I am not sure. I haven't heard anything about new focus stealing issues, but I haven't been our own forums much since .05 was released. If it continues to be a problem, check our forums and/or send an email to support/me so we can look into it properly.

I think this is a new variety of a known sorting issue with those tourney hands. I will write this up as a bug and try to get it added as a low-priority fix on the to-do list.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue, but more likely related to your other recent tech support issues.

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ender+Problems

Please try following these FAQs, step by step:

If that doesn't help you will probably have to reinstall PostgreSQL completely and reimport your hands using these instructions

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ager_Setup.exe

If that installer fails to install PostgreSQL, please reinstall PostgreSQL using the following instructions:
A) Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > Right-Click > Run As Administrator

B) Reboot.
C) Try installing this version of PostgreSQL - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...3.9-v1.0.7.exe

There may be other/easier ways to get them to appear at the proper time, but this was the first thing I tried for a customer that seemed to work.

Do they have any other preferred seating options in their various menus/options? If they dont have any auto-center or preferred seat options you will probably need to drag your hero HUD to a corner of the table and use the HUD Options > Tables Preferences... > [x] Lock The Layout. Make sure you setup your hero name under the HUD Options > Setup Hero Names...

I can't get data to the "Results" tab for tourneys. All the hands are imported. Reports, Preflop Cards, and Hands all work fine. I am updated to the latest version. I'm not sure what the problem is...

Fozzy,

You helped get multi currency support working and now I have a new question. I have my results now displayed in USD and Euroes but the Allin EV is in the default currency (I think?) and I was wondering if it is possible to have allin EV for USD and allin EV for Euros as well. If that isn't possible, could you just clarify which currency the EV is in?

I am having the same error msg as op.... the error message alternates between "operation time out" and "theres not free space on thedisk"...

Also note it was working perfectly find yesterday and i didnt mess with it until it asked me for activation, i tried upgrading to the latest version but that didnt work giving me the not enough free space.
After that i tried restarting my pc and looks like it reverted to the old version from the error log ???

The hosting company for our servers is having connection issues. Rest assured we are doing everything to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Who is this affecting?

Licensing works in that it tries to connect once every 2 weeks to verify your license. Users who had their license verified 2 weeks ago are having the problem right now.

Holdem Manager Email is also affected.


What are you doing to resolve this so it doesn't happen again?

While there is no 100% way to solve this it will be discussed heavily in the coming days once our hosting company resolves issues on their end and we have everyone up and running again. First priority is getting people up and running.

What site are you playing? What version of HM? If the site doesnt provide summary files to import there may not be any results. Make sure you are using 1.11.05 and if you continue to have problems Please www.7-zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

It uses the numbers from sessions tab. So it is already converted correctly for euro/dollar/pounds

When i click on any of the cash game tabs on the left I get the message "the following error occurred when running this report: error: 42P01: missing FROM-clause entry for table "td". I havent done anything new with HEM besides had it open with my HUD running while i played. What can be done to fix this?

EDIT: I just searched the problem and it looks like someone else had it and you said: "You could try performing a general Reindex of the database from the PGAdmin Maintenance menu. but if that doesn't work you will need to create a new database."

How do I do the re-index thing?

The new rake stat in HEM doesn't seem to be working correctly. The rake in HEM is about 35% higher than what my affiliate is reporting for the same time period. Do i need to do something to make the new rake stat work properly?

I dont know if there is an easy way, other than clicking on the tourney in the dataview tab and then reviewing the last hand of each tourney. Filters (and tourneys) arent really my forte', but: I would think you want to try some of the Filter > Edit > More Filters > ... You can probably filter for some situations that include the majority of bustout hands.

No. The closest thing to that currently is the HUD Options > Additional HUD Filters... > Filter by Date > Last X Months Old

There is a Reindex in the Maintenance tab, instead of using the Vacuum option. The reindex may solve it for you, but I would put your chances at about 50/50.

Answered in the brew. Purge/reimport, or create a new DB.

I found the tab. What about under "reindex options". Should I check the "force index" box or leave it unchecked? I ran it with that box unchecked and let it run for about 20 minutes. It looks like it stopped doing new things but the "ok" button was grey and i couldnt click on it. The only option I could click was "cancel". I clicked cancel and tried opening HEM and had the same error message when I clicked on the tabs. Should i have let it run more, or retry it with the "force index" box checked? if not, whats the next thing I should do?

My hud is not working for ongame. Hands are importing, but the tabke manager does not find the table. Im using 1.11.05

edit: the default hud is showing, but when i try and change it to the hud i want to use it stays with the default hud

my hud works fine on other sites
