They're customizable. Right now it's set for 20 GP the previous season or 5 GP in the current season.

You can just go ahead and do it. Once a minor league roster player goes to your active roster his contract schedule starts. so this will be year #1 for him in the $4 $4 $4 $10 $30 $50 schedule

Also i just started the FA thing. So you should be able to bid on players you want to add. Bidding ends at 9pm Sunday each week (tomorrow is the first). Remember that teams w/ no cap space can't bid >$4 even though it shows you having $12.

I couldn't find the post about the add/drop policy for $4 players, so here's yet another question:

Does the policy have the same impact on players currently on our roster as it would for a newly acquired, $4 waiver player? Assuming we get X number of penalty free add/drops over the season (or was it a set period?), it doesn't matter what that player's origin is in order for them to get added/dropped, as long as they are $4, right?
