Anyone moving closers?

I am trying to figure out if I should call up a bunch of my minor leaguers and try to make a run for money, or wait it out another year. Can't move up from 5th without saves though.

You do get $4 back for each free cut.

Teams get two free (meaning you get $4 back) cuts prior to the regular season starting. Once the season starts, those two freebies go away.

For the rest of the season, teams get four freebie cuts. Remaining cuts are tracked in the google doc, two columns to the right of your payroll. Coff has two free cuts remaining.

For realz? I didnt know Wacha would have to be called up now, so if a player in your minors is traded while he is up irl then the other team has to call him up? I dont understand the point in that, shouldnt the receiving team have the option to leave him down as I was doing?

Im not trying to be combative just trying to wrap my head around it.
