is a polo shirt with all 3 buttons top up too causal for a day time date? i want to go for the "up scale casual" look.

Anyone ever stayed in Citidines suk soi 8? Or any other Citidines for that matter. Just booked for 3 nights and can cancel without charge up until 48 hrs before check in.

website looks ok but no actual pics of rooms.

I stayed in Citadines on suk 23 for a week in april. clean rooms and comfortable beds, breakfast menu was quite limited though. good wifi, my only complaint was the shower got either too cold or too hot lol.. girl friendly too

Pooter, I have stayed a few nights at the suk8 one and its ok, value for money depends what you payed since they change their pricing a lot. Its pretty far down the soi but they have shuttle so its ok. Internet was far from great when i stayed and down 1/4 days.
I got the feel its more of a family/budget business hotel so if you plan to show up with 3 ladyboys in tow you might feel a bit uncomfortable...

Yeah I know exactly where it is I love that soi. Ive stayed in most hotels on it. I got 3 nights for 5400, not sure how good or bad that is. Nah im cool with rocking up with sluts that dont bother me.

some writing job, pay is chit, but gonna go n see what they want, its like for reviewing places in bkk

if they are going to pay me money to visit places and give them reviews may as well do it. apprently they liked my blog.

Hi,

Me and my 2 friends are from the UK, planning to go to Thailand later this month for 30 days.

Would be great if you guys could share some info on living costs. I'm talking cheap. Like what's the minimum amount required daily to get by?

We were hoping to save on accommodation with 3 of us. We were also thinking Phuket.. I know its one of the more expensive destinations so would anyone recommend anywhere else reasonably nearby there If we wanted to cut down costs for a week or so?

Any info at all or examples on prices would be great. Food, Beer etc

Can i get some good links for renting house/villa in phuket and samui? Im planing to go in 2 weeks period with 2 more friends, would you say its better to look a place when we arrive or you can find something good for renting through web presentations?

Ok just found out that in that period its bad to go to phuket cuz of possibility of bad weather and rough seas, so prolly goin on Samui, so some links for house/villa there, and same question for finding places, live or online?

edit: also some sugestions on where is best to go to samui for partying/nice beaches ratio

If you guys need help with renting 3 bedrooms shoot me a pm. I can put you in contact with really nice places i stayed ~30k thb/month. If your looking for cheaper, I have friends who work in real estate and they likely have houses a bit more affordable, but obviously not of the same quality.
