I usually eat way more rice than donuts. Oftentimes thousands more rice than donuts over the course of a week.
My goals right now are to win my bet with Mat and Kiera: stay below 185 and do 78 consecutive alternating lunges (39 per leg) at the end of February.
My interesting, and quite clever, approach to this is to eat random amounts and types of food while neglecting nearly all physical activity. This is an extension of the 1980s concept of "muscle confusion," wherein I am confusing all of my bodily systems. This leads to maximizing something or other. Anyway, it is quite advanced.
I would do some exercise, but my muscles are very intelligent and not so easily fooled. They would get that the exercise was intended for something and very likely figure out my true plan, so the only way to confuse them is to not exercise at all.
