Dude I've been eyeing those peanut butter filled pretzels at the gas station since I got back from Asia. They're everywhere, they must be heavenly.

It's honestly a god damn miracle that I've never demolished a 1lb back of them shits.

They are dangerous. Do not look directly at the container or they will hypnotize you.

Definitely fits into the category of one container = one serving.

If you like plain flour covered in chocolate, you got problems.

I mean flour by itself tastes like shiet. Now add a crapload of salt, fat, and sugar and all of a sudden these guys drooling. You know what I can add a shitload of salt, sugar, and fat to and it would be delicious? My dog's feces.

We'd all be thin* if we had your general disgust with eating along with the general lack of sensory apparatus.

Baked leavened flour, as one finds in products such as pretzels, does have flavors, aromas and textures that most humans can detect.

*Dead, actually. Wouldn't be much point in going on.

The important lesson here, BriantheDonk, is that you have to be conscious of what you put in your body. When you realize you loving the salt, sugar, and fat then you look at it more like a line of cocaine. Ok just a sniff and only once in a long while.

For example, I facking love bread pudding. That's rotten bread covered in fat and sugar. I eat it occasionally, but every bite I know exactly what I am putting in my body. So I try to make rules, for example order only in the South where they make it much better.

So please, keep saying yes to piping hot fresh pretzels. But please, please say no to gas station pretzels. Have some standards my man, and you will see you will be a leanie for life, just like papa loco.

Rice? How the Fu*k did that smallish white particle that resembles maggots enter into your diet scheme? Are you driving in China, with limited food choices?

You can eat more rice than you can pretty much any other food. Easily a few hundred of them without it ruining your diet.

But I thought you were eating less so as to lose weight. I have an idea based on your eating habits exhibited above - more rice and less chocolate covered donuts. Would that fit into your schema? Also, more whiskey and less beer. I am happy to wade in with great advice to help you achieve your goal(s), whatever they are. They can be a bit hard to decipher from the food facts provided. But then a foolish consistency is boring. See Emerson.

I usually eat way more rice than donuts. Oftentimes thousands more rice than donuts over the course of a week.

My goals right now are to win my bet with Mat and Kiera: stay below 185 and do 78 consecutive alternating lunges (39 per leg) at the end of February.

My interesting, and quite clever, approach to this is to eat random amounts and types of food while neglecting nearly all physical activity. This is an extension of the 1980s concept of "muscle confusion," wherein I am confusing all of my bodily systems. This leads to maximizing something or other. Anyway, it is quite advanced.

I would do some exercise, but my muscles are very intelligent and not so easily fooled. They would get that the exercise was intended for something and very likely figure out my true plan, so the only way to confuse them is to not exercise at all.

It isn't quite gross to the point of being beyond comprehension. It isn't exactly good either.

The sadness it brings on burns extra calories.

Why this flaming self-abuse? I am a little concern. But just a little.

Since you didn't give me a protip on how to make it tasty, I'll offer mine:

Protip - slam the whey in water, mix aspartame and a tiny pat of butter into the oatmeal. It's a better overall experience and basically the same macros.

Ah, I didn't get that you were looking for the recipe. I just cook the oatmeal and then add the whey. Add additional water until it is approximately oatmeal-ish consistency. No butter. Sometimes stevia or other type of cancer.

Well my issue doing that was that, depending on the whey flavor, it would always foam up and be gross. Whey has this glue like consistency which makes it unable to mix well with anything that's semi-solid. I find it mixes okay in frozen fruit smoothies and other milkshake like things, but it never worked well in oats for me.

I mix it in after the oatmeal is cooked, and I make the oatmeal really loose and let it cool slightly first. It is far worse (ime) to cook it all together.
