I was, but I guess the adults in my life never thought to punish me with cottage cheese.

I do imagine I would enjoy cottage cheese more if I added pineapple to it, but I think I enjoy pineapple without cottage cheese more so I wouldn't want to waste the calories when I do have pineapple.

Have you collected the 1000 yet or do you have to be under in feb?

Noticed one waist measurement so far, 37? What was it at the start and now?

The scale is obv good but waist and mirror check are a better guide overall for me when I diet.
