There is absolutely no way my bodyfat is below 20%. Probably 25%+.
I boxed as a welterweight. I don't have the frame or the ability to gain enough muscle to be anywhere near 180, but I should probably take a long-ish diet break anyway.
Calves still sore as **** from a whopping 7 minutes of skipping rope a few days ago. Once upon a time, I'd skip for 30 minutes as a ****ing warmup. It is going to be a long slog to get into decent shape since I got a long way to go AND my recover is absolute ****.
