Longer term, 175. Not sure, but I think that is realistic. I haven't been that light in 20 years, though. My boxing weight hovered around 145 as a young adult, so there is that.
I am a trucker, so inactivity is a huge problem. The typical day (7 days per week) is sit in a driver's seat until exhausted and then lie down in a bed and eat and watch youtube videos. Getting even halfway decent conditioning is going to be a major pita. My non-exercise activity is and will be almost non-existent, so everything will have to be purposeful.
