They had pretty much all the best BBQ restaurants in the area serving "samples". The line for Franlin's (consistently rated best in the U.S.) was ridiculous. So, we got samples from about 7 or 8 of what are considered the best of the best. All were really good. We were pretty satisfied so we decided wtf we'll wait in the Franklin's line. 1 1/2 hours. Wasn't too bad because we rotated sending someone to get meat from other places.

The line to take pictures with Franklin was longer than some of the other BBQ lines.

I was pretty convinced that there was no way Franklin's could be that much better than anyone else. It was. Truly elite. I can die now.

It's pretty freakin good. The pro way to get it is to have your company make an order and pick it up for you. Then you stand in front of massive trays of it and eat it with your fingers.
