Yugo seriously barely even lifts I can't believe anyone used his bodpod results to extrapolate to people who at least dl double bw.

Everyone always talks about bringing a little more love into the world, but as soon as two dudes want to cuddle it's suddenly wrong. Cuddle on loco+kc. We support your celebratory bromance.

My buddy played football and baseball. Let me see if I can get pics of him.

I am ripped. KC said he is ending his cut soon.

Owner said most guys who lift get better results than expected. Most guys that don't lift get slaughtered. So skinnyfats are doomed.

Machine was recalibrated. Owner thinks results are about right.

Calories now being bumped to 6000 a day. 185 here I come.

Sweet, I guess I'm already 11%.

Any commentary from the owner?

The guy seems pretty convinced they're accurate, though he did tell me it's +/- 2% from what your cadaver analysis would tell you (where they just scrape off all your fat and add it up) .

Loco and I both think they're off by about 2-3%.

But the verdict is in. Performance and mirror is the only way to do it. Yugo's results stunk because he just doesn't have much muscle. My belly may not be as lean as his, but i carry all kinds of lean tissue in my legs, back, abs, and even some arms (chest somewhat but that's clearly lagging). Bodpod will destroy skinny fats.

So lift lift lift. Cut cut cut. Same as it ever was.

Interesting.

How do the results compare to one of those handheld Omrons, any idea?

We then lifted pretty heavy. I squatted 255x1. KC said I had 20 pounds in the tank.
KC squatted 335. I then worked my way up to a failed 245 bench (had just trained chest heavy less than 48 hours). KC worked up to a failed 205 (by a hair). He had fasted the day before. I then deadlifted 315x1 with plenty in the tank but some rounding. And KC finished it off with a 365x1 easy deadlift with perfect form.

KC has perfect form in everything. Very jelly.

The machine is whack bro. I was kidding about skinnyfats getting slaughtered. He recalibrated machine and swears by results. But he is wrong. His machine is whacked out.
