We're in loco's log? Hmm, I just figure all logs are LC logs when it gets right down to it, .

Finasteride could possibly be affecting things, while other drugs surely wouldn't. But again, if the consensus on a board with tons of ppl, bb.com, can't correlate a strong anecdotal trend of it mattering, it seems like a weird risk to take. Loco doesn't care though b/c he isn't losing hair and doesn't want to risk limp dick. Which thankfully I dodged as a side effect.

I might try getting less protein from powder but the only reason is that b/c you, in particular, seem to think it matters. No one else whose opinion I respect has recommended I do this and I don't really know of any compelling support for it. Of course, I would have nothing to lose except time and making my life more annoying by trying it so I may at some point.

If this thread was really all about EPOC, Loco would be adding more volume instead of whining almost as much as I do.

Yugo- My advice is to be proactive. Get off the pills and shave your head. Set prs. The men will be in awe of your totals. The women will be afraid of, and strangely attracted to, you. Grow a beard. You already have the beard. Nice.

I was using the ivanko20kg today. Went to the Y in Las Vegas. I couldn't get in the zone. Little kids running around everywhere and granny's doing 5lb swings 2feet away from me.

I also believe I can tuck the elbows a bit more if I bring my hands closer.

Man. Time for me to raise my game. Your 235 looks way better than mine. More controlled, faster on the way up. fack. You are 30 lbs less than me. Confirmed jelly. well done, bro.

I failed the 255 bench twice. Barely. I disappoint. Something new happened. Got scared and form just got soft on the way down. Also no leg drive unlike the 235 where I had a little.

Workouts have been all over the place. Working out with my 6'3" 300lb buddy. Wants to go to nonstop failure on every set. Was pushing me to try 275 bench. He has bad rotator cuffs, bothersome elbows, bad knees, and back problems. Geez I wonder why.

I rather workout alone. But trying to help him out with his form and not asking for forced reps all the time. Very frustrating. Accused me of being on the sauce. Says why he can't get like me? I was blunt, "you eat 6000 calories a day and you train to cause injuries. You are not consistent. I have been training 18months with no time off." Got all quiet when he realized its hard work that changed my body. He just wants sauce. Told him to go to Mexico or find GH15.

Sauce heads gonna sauce, what can you do.

235x1 still sexy. I'm sure you'll hit 255 next time when you're working out solo and can channel all of your iron game energy for the sesh.

If you feel your test was off we'd love to redo it for free. We can calibrate the machine right before you test to ensure validity. I'm not sure which mode you used to gauge yourself but if its not a BodPod you can't compare it. Just like you can compare calipers to the scales. The variables don't match up.

It's official boys, KidColin and myself are taking on the bodpod. Owner said he will be there himself to calibrate and test. His assistant says he can nail bodyfat accurately by sight because of his experience with the Bodpod.

Friday 3PM. I am not too worried this time. Got a 9% last time so if I pop up an 18% this time, I will just average them out for sanity purposes. I will take pic of KC in bodpod, he will probably be shietting bricks. Over 23%, and we will put the KidColin on a metabolic 90min high volume squat, swing, Bulgarian split squat session straight from hell. With leg extensions and leg curls for extra jimmyrustling. Pretty sure his calf will be acting up after the first 10repper.

Guess this means I'm not drinking when I get in tonight. Need to be of sound body and mind for the bodpod.

Loco says we can get a light workout in after. Fack that. We're going heavy. We should do a mock meet imo.

If the pod is consistent kc will not be 23%+ obv. Prob 20% though.

You guys should pick an over/under. If loco wins, you guys hit up some epoc. If kc wins, mock meet.

I have no idea what we are going to test at. I am so confused right now. Ideally I would be ecstatic if the machine was not calibrated correctly the first time and it punches out a 14% for me and a 20% for KC.

Remember this dumb girl was manning dapod the first go round. I pissed off the owner so much he is going to be there. And he obviously has a bodpod because he is an obsessive freak like fakebusto.

So hopefully the bodyfat estimation dilemma gets cleared up a bit tomorrow. If I come back 9% and KC 14%, I am asking for my moneyback. Either that or we are closer to being show ready than we thought. I might be able to sport dathong and take on robriches in a couple of years. It could be that this whole time it was all about the lighting. Doubt it. Soulman says I got cottagecheese.

Good call. And yeah I'd take the under too. Though your most recent noodz aren't burned into my retina for some reason so I'd have to recheck to make sure.

ETA: you def have some cottage cheese. Would never have put you at 9% pre-bodpod either. Hell even CR wouldn't have said your recent pic was 9%.

Need footage of mock meet/metabolic squat sesh. KC built his squat with a lot of high rep training, I think he'll surprise you lolco.

Isn't that the skinny guy from that tv show? Dude, I am huuuuuuuge IRL.
When I wear a tanktop no one dares say I am small. My arms are huuuge. But probably going to wear shorts tomorrow, so Balky sounds about right. Maybe a little Urkel thrown in there. And of course Pedro from Napolean Dynamite. I should shave and just sport a mustache for KC.
