Time to stop being a lazy sack of crap. Our girl is going to bed consistently by 6:30pm so no excuses not to get in an evening session in during the week now. Short term goal is make 3 sessions a week, medium term goal is to look more aesthetic on the beach this summer. Will require a cut at some point for sure (stupid delicious beer) but one thing at a time.
Glad to have you back. I had feeling loco had your obituary ready to go and was like days away from posting.
Also I think "no excuses" is a little optimistic. I've a pretty nice home gym setup and I can't get in 3 sessions a week with regularity. But I have more kids and less WIM, so I guess you'll be fine. I'm sure you will go back to being the Aotearoan subchampion in no time.
In fact, I may need to avoid your log or I'll just start feeling worse about what a lazy POS I am.
