I'm just the master of hindsight after weighing in at 117,1 last meet, making the shirt way too loose.
We have a kid who walks around at 96-97 in training who cuts to 93 for the meets, mostly water cut.
But do what you are comfortable doing. Maybe when you have some more meets under your belt you will feel better about cutting it close :-)
And gratz on the baby, better start getting a home gym ;-)
