Uhm, create an account with a fictional name or even real. Buy a gamecard at the store. Purchase time for your new account. Group a new char with your old one, and you get TRIPLE xp. You can instant summon around the world to cut down travel. I think blizzard did this on purpose to get people to have extra accounts. You can play both accounts at once in different boxes and follow each other around. Google dual-boxing and Wow. Lots of addons to speed the process up.

If you have a friend on your server..............and you trust each other, he can Xfer you a 70 to instance clear over and over for your lowbie.

The one thing you left out was the invitation. You need to 'refer-a-friend' the new account so that you get the bonuses.

This is like a poker site telling a player that if he buys a 2nd identity and sits beside himself they will triple his RB. Its a half hour of reading and installing and then its 3x faster or more leveling.

I dunno.. how much money is your time worth?

I'd much rather have a brand new 70 (or 2), completely customized, exactly how I want them, and when I type /played, see 2-3 days instead of 7-9.

Do you happen to get 3x xp just from being grouped? Or do you have to be near eachother?
Have to be close to each other.

BTW all the benefits stop at level 60. So you still have to do 60-70 at normal xp.

Or you could just leave the characters at 60 and wait for WOLK, apparently they are speeding up 60-70 by about 20-30% once the expansion hits.

They explain it here. It's not super clear, but it helps:
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/th...65628748&sid=1

# While in a party together, any experience gains are increased significantly.
# If both players are present when the mob is killed both players should receive triple experience.
# If the mob is trivial to either character, no experience bonus is earned.

This means that if you have Player A (level 50 veteran character) grouped with Player B (level 30 RaF character) and they kill a mob that is level 32, since the mob is trivial to Player A, no bonus experience is awarded.

# If one player is 4 or more levels higher than the other but the encounter is not trivial, only the lower player gains the experience bonus.

This means that if you have Player A (level 15 veteran character) grouped with Player B (level 11 RaF character) and they kill a mob that is level 13, only Player B would receive the experience bonus.

# If both players are present, experience gained from quests that are not trivial (gray difficulty) will be tripled for both characters.
# While in a party together, all reputation gains are increased by 10%
Increased reputation gains apply to mob kills only, not for quest rewards or other reputation granting activities.
# All bonus reputation and experience stops at level 60.

# For every two levels a character on the new recruited account gains, they can "grant" a level to one of the veteran player's characters.

The maximum number of grantable levels that can be gained by a single character is 29.
The recruited player can decide to grant all 29 levels at once to a character on a linked account.
The character who is being granted a level has the option to accept or decline the level grant.

Levels can only be granted to the veteran player's account, not vice versa.
Levels can not be granted Cross Faction.
A character on the recruited account cannot grant a level to a character equal or higher than their own level.

# Levels are granted to the veteran player's character by right-clicking the target player's portrait. You will see a "Grant Level" option.

# Characters on linked accounts may "summon" each other once per hour.
# You may summon the linked character regardless of level up to level 60.
# You may summon by right clicking the target player's portrait. You will see a "Summon Friend" option if your account is linked with that player.
# This ability does not work past level 60.

What are some legitimate sites that I can use to sell my toon? I am recently married and just dont have the time anymore.

Also, about what can I expect to get for him, hes a level 70 Rogue in T4 plus, 20k gold, arena set, 5000 arena points saved up, etc?

Thanks

hey guys,

i'm trying to figure out the ideal way to do the recruit a friend thing with dual-boxing. i mean if i create a new account and group him with one of my existing characters, he's going to be 30 levels lower or whatever. which doesn't seem right. but if i create a new character and use him with my new account, won't the new account level way faster than the character on the old account? if so, that kinda blows. is there any way for this to work with me just starting a new character on my existing account at level 1, starting a new account, dual-boxing, and have them level at the same rate?

The first part is correct. You don't want to level a 30 w/ a 1. You won't get the benefits. But if you start 2 new characters, they both get the triple exp bonus, so they'll stay generally around the same level.

Oh sweet, so when you refer a new account, your existing account and the new account will both get the triple xp benefits?

That's sick, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do that.

Yes, but read all of Dazarath's post to know the details. You can summon each other, but it takes a sec just like a normal summon, only you dont need anyone to help you. It's kinda cool.
