My first ~27.5k hands ever, would love to stomp out any obvious leaks before they cost me too much.

thoughts? The past 8k hands i've been playing 13/11 with 6% 3bet

its +EV to steal your BB with any2. 3bet with KJ or QJ in the BB if you don't like calling with these hands. 3bet more often, play sc and pp in position. Loosen up a bit IMO

I've been getting killed lately, pretty upset about it. Taking this week off because of it.

Yuzzy - you dont go to SD very often & you win <50% when you do. my guess is you are playing too aggressive with strong hands and too often folding out weaker hands that would probably call you down if you didnt make them fold. trap a bit more.

how do you play flopped sets, over pairs of the flop, FD, SD, pair plus draw, 2 pair?

I've noticed 2 major leaks with my game: 1) Not getting value with big hands 2) Paying people off when I should fold.

The second one is way worse than the first though, I'm gonna tattoo "stop paying donks off onto my chest."

My BTN winrate is smaller than CO... Where can I find the leak?

i made the switch from full tilt to stars for a new beginning. I just have over 3.000 hands but i think it is possible for you already to see some leaks and give some advice.

For example i'm loosing from the button, thats a first one for me, any ideas why?

I think i should 3bet more preflop, any thoughts?

The CCPF of 13% is the first thing that jumps out at me. Seems like you're trying to hit hands - I'm guessing with suited connectors and stuff.

Keep in mind the stats of the original raiser when thinking of cold calling with an implied-odds type hand. If the player is very aggressive, consider 3betting (esp if he is in a steal position).

Cold-calling with implied-odds type hands against aggressive players can be a problem because they are seeing a flop with a wide range - so if you end up hitting your big flush/straight, chances are better that they have nothing and won't pay you off.

Implied odds hands work better against tight players (with a strong range), or vs. bad players who can't let go of top pair even in the face of danger.

Going thru some HEM filters and came across this. Set up a filter for '1 Raiser' and 'Did 3b=True' and ran the EV line. My BB losses are roughly -28BB/100 and I am currently running from 4.5BB in the earlier positions to 12+BB in LP's. This is over the last 95k hands.

Looking for any tips how to improve my game. Cheers!

So i'm trying to figure out why my showdown winnings are so low. I've got a 20.5% WTSD% over 14K hands and i've got 40.9% W$SD% over the same sample. I just really don't know how to think about/fix this.




Am I just running bad at showdowns in general? I don't even know what questions to ask/how to think about this.

there is a good chance that you are blowing people off of second best hands (either bet sizing, pot size creation goals, etc.). def explains the red/blue line differential...

Um...maybe I'm stupid but how the hell do you make a photo showing your stats from PT or HEM?

Right click on graph (HEM anyways...) > Save Image As...

Then save file to PC > Upload to image hosting site > Insert link into post

Ok, I know the sample is small, and I know that 5.x bb/100 is not bad, but I was running at around 16bb/100 before today's session. The question is, was I running too good? Or am i running bad in today's session? Do you guys see any leaks in there? Should I be worried?

You can take a screen shot and crop in Paint, Start > Accessories > Paint. There are a number of freeware screen capture softwares too. Quite awhile back I invested in Snagit which is reasonably priced and pretty powerful. Just do a Google search for screen capture and you'll find everything you need.

hi guys can you help me what i need to change in my game? this is my 1st session on 5nl but i played on 2nl last week 30K hand and i was breakeven with a little tighter nitty game. i suck out always against 2-4 outs and i have many many coolers yesterday i had 11cooler in 5minutes! today is the same you can see on the graph.oh i forgot i play on 24tables. tyvm guys please help!

you would greatly benefit from playing tighter and more ABC. your skill set is nowhere near high enough to play this style on 24 tables. sorry if that is offensive, I'm just being blunt
