lonnng breakeven stretch, I'm beating nl5 for 11bb/10 over 15k hands, so I don't know if my skill is only good at 5NL but not 10NL.

thanks for any help ^^

Hey everyone. I just started playing cash. It's much harder than SnGs. Also much funner. I've logged about 20k hands at NL10 and am winning at about 6.5ptBB/100. I am guessing that's not a great winrate for this limit but I am impatient....so how foolhardy would it be for me to take a 10K hand shot at NL25?

Also, how do my stats look? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. The first thing that jumps out at me is the disparity between my winrate in the CO and on the button and how low my agg is on the button. It's like I am aggro preflop on the button but then don't follow through enough?

Thanks in advance, you guys rule

Whats the typical flop cbet success percentage?

I play quite tight, cbet around 60% but my success is only 44%.

How can I adapt to that?

Now here's an understatement

The following data is from NL25 and NL50. I play rather loose, and my cbet percentage is around 68%

Code:
	Hands	Success
Total: 2272	49.3
Betsize
0%-20%	1	0
20%-40%	11	18
40%-60%	771	45
60%-80%	1292	50
80%-100	260	54
>100%	19	47
Looking at this I'm sure I can find a leak or two.

Would love some reaction about my stats over about 25,000 hands. These are all at Rush tables on FTP ($10NL and $25NL). I feel like I've been on the worst cooler ever over the past 15K hands. Bad beats, set over set, KK v. AA (like 3 times in a row). Sadly, most of these bad beats are involving whole stacks.

Regardless, I won't regale you with stories, as I can tell there is a downward trend. Curious to hear about what you see. I have some thoughts of my own and will share after I hear some others.

HopyMSU,

Couple things stand out.
1. you should raise more compared to just calling.
2. You lose a lot of post without showdown. you won pot when saw flop should be higher especially given how tight you are playing. Double barreling more often or having control of the pot should help compared to just calling
3. Steal more often.
4. it seems like you are only playing hands on the river when you know you are ahead.

This is a bit of a check up - I just got back into poker this month after a couple of years off and I'm going to attempt to work my way back up in stakes. I've ran into what I believe to be some coolers lately and then I've definitely had some tilt but I wanted to make sure there weren't any glaring leaks in my numbers that I'm not seeing, thanks.

i keep going up then down then up then down and i can feel myself slipping deeper and deeper into insanity. I know that graphs aren't good tools for recognizing leaks or anything but i was wondering if anything stands out as strange, thanks.

Have you read the OP? A graph by itself is not very informative. It looks like your playing quality varies a bit (a.k.a. tilt) but it's really hard to say.

I have fpdb tracker and the stat ffreqflop, turn(% a villain folds on flop, turn, river) and river have been added. I want to use it, but im not sure how to use the stat. Like what would be a high and low percentage for flop fold?

Thanks

You could look through all your opponents and see what sort of values they have. However I realize that this is not very easy to do in fpdb. I would guess that anything over 50% would be high (indicating fit-or-fold play); anything under 30% would be low (indicating floating or just a general calling station).

If the turn fold percentage is high (say, over 50%) than this maybe a candidate for a double barrel every once in a while.

Edit: In general I'd not be worried about what is high or low, but what the stats tell you about, say, the possible success of continuation bets.

It would be great if someone could look over my stats and help me identify any leaks. Thanks in advance!

I've played 56K hands of Rush 5NL, but I've changed my playing style over the past 25K hands, so almost all the stats below are for the latter period. (At the end, I give one graph that shows my winnings over the full 56K hands, with a data box for some of the stats.)

Detailed Graph:

My recommendation is to make sure that you have all the filters turned off, click the "Refresh" button, and if that does not make the stats agree, go to the "Database" pulldown menu (top left), click on "Housekeeping" and do each of the tasks marked with an asterisk as "Recommended."

If you have won at a lower level, then move up to a higher level and lose, this discrepancy occurs. My guess is that bcisback was winning at something like 10NL and moved up to 25NL and lost a bit. This has happened to me before.

But if the only filter he has on is for the limit he is playing, shouldn't the stats agree (and only reflect his losses and his BB/100 for that level)?

I'm just learning how to interpret stats, but nothing jumps out at me as obviously wrong about yours. If you think you are cbetting too much, you could filter for those situations and see what results you get.

I wouldn't worry too much about the "All-in EV" line on your graph (the yellow line). Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that it doesn't show very much by itself. (You might be playing well if you seldom get it all in before the river, and in that case the line will be disproportionately affected by the small number of hands where you do get it all in on an earlier street.)

I continue to lose, and i continually can't identify my leaks. This is driving me nuts.

Filtering by CCPF only is +$70
Filtering by Cont Bet Flop is +$30.

Arghhh

Your sample is way too small to derive any sort of conclusions about your game and/or leaks.
