stuff like that does, and i'll take the ev route, but imo anything like i could earn $ instead of doing x, which ik isn't what you were saying, just on the same topic, is where i would draw the line.
I don't make any attempt to value anything i do in $/hr worth and whether i should play poker instead, except for time spent travelling, or time spent waiting, or time spent chasing $ e.g. calling up insurance/company to make idk like a $20 claim, there i'd think about my hourly... although some satisfaction comes out of getting angry at the guy on the other end of the phone
there are probs a few other examples where i would value time in hourly, but i think what im saying is clear, that leisure time is never valued in $ for me
