Everybody is upset because it's not in the "spirit of the bet" that a 10/20 UGL player would drop down to 50NL to get UGL there.

It's kinda tilting how many people in the big thread were quoting that rule and bolding
etc as if the rule was somehow intended to include what fees did. Personally I agreed with the WCGRider post I saw that said there's nothing really in the rules against it so tough luck, but I seem to be in the minority.
Not to say it isn't a dick move on fees part, but you have to cover your bases when you make the rules...
