Just get a 40gb SSD as your bootdrive (~$160 ish) to make windows lightning fast. Install Windows and your programs on it and then have a separate 1TB+ storage drive for your files etc. Only morons buy large SSDs given the current prices.

I have the same setup; 40gb SSD w/ windows 7 on & my editing software. Pair of Samsung F3 1TB drives (best ones around imo) as main storage.

As for the rest of the system, I'd strongly urge you to source the components yourself and build it (or pay someone a small amount to build it) as you're gonna be saving hundreds doing that. I understand it's less hassle but buying pre-build brand PC's is a joke these days.

ok so i have a few questions for the computer people

Is the I7 processor worth getting or is an I5 good enough?

Is a 640GB4 SATA hard drive (7200RPM) good enough. Might get a terrabyte to save stuff like movies and songs off the laptop.

Is this enough ram? 6GB3 Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz

when i play on party i have the auto muck checked, today it keeps asking me to show one card after every hand
anyone else get this??

Go to preferences> table options and uncheck 'enable fold and show feature'.

solved that one, now i gotta figure out how to open the lobby without having to close every table
