Us smart people know that we have to help the poor countries and develop things that can give them other ways of making power/energy than they have now. You can't just tell people in poor countries to stop using oil/gasoline etc. and build windmills/solar panels, they simply don't have the resources for that. We/my company (one of the largest in Europe) are one of the leaders in developing low cost low-polluting energy sources that poor countries can afford. I could go into more details, but you're obviously too dumb to understand it, so I would just be wasting my time.
