We wanted a high flyer and Rey Rey was gone, so we took the 2nd best option.

Hm, not trying to be argumentative, but what are you basing Juvi being the best high-flyer on?

Maybe I didn't pay attention to Juvi enough, but I can think of like four or five who I think are better.

With regard to post counts, anyone who is familiar with my "work" in POG had no doubt I would win that particular honor.

Yeah, No. 1 in posts, about No. 19 in drafting ...

My memory mostly, most of the wrestling I have watched was mid-90s and early 2000s WCW/WWF(E).

Juvie always had the sickest moves.

I can think of one guy in particular that would have been a PERFECT fit for your roster over Juvi.

The way that the top of the card in tna left the board in the 7-10 picks before me, I had to insure I got one of the top of my board.

I even think it was a small reach, but I dident wanna gamble and miss him

gonna disagree about having a champ for a very long run. It makes the belt really worth something and makes it special when a change happens

no, he wouldn't have. Deezy and I were aiming for him with our 4th pick if we couldn't move up. He's exactly the kind of guy that I'd want to do a very long term build with him to make him a monster heel with the belt

Bockwinkel is a SICK pick this late. Should have gone way, way earlier IMO. One of the few older guys I think would translate really well these days. Very good worker.

he got thrown right into an angle with Angle, so that right there shows that TNA should have some plans for him. He does a good amount of British style wrestling which is different, but can easily work a north american style too and can catch heat real well

Yeah I agree with all this. I had the impression he wasn't going to be on anyone elses radar though and clearly youve disproved that now :b

BTW I really don't have a strong opinion on Russo one way or another, other than that when in WWE in the late 90s under Vinnie Mac's watchful eye, he was pretty good, and when left to his own devices in WCW ... ugh. I don't know much about his TNA time, I had stopped watching wrestling week to week.

Reading Jim Cornette's blog, I'd say he was probably just as bad in TNA.

With the 9th pick of the fourth round (72nd overall pick) in the Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft, the Dynasty Wresting Federation picks:

Introduction Music

Spoiler:

Superstar Billy Graham was a pioneer in wrestling. His bodybuilder physique and flamboyant personality would be imitated by dozens in later years, including no less than Hulk Hogan.

Graham wrestled in the AWA and several NWA territories with great success, but it was in the WWWF that he made his biggest mark. On April 30, 1977, Graham won the WWWF championship, ending Bruno Sammartino’s long hold on the title.

In the 46-year history of the WWE, Superstar Billy Graham is the longest reigning heel WWE champion, a record that has stood for more than three decades. His sell-out rate when headlining Madison Square Garden is also a record at 95%.

On the mic, Graham got himself over with self-written poetry like this:

I'm the man of the hour, the man with the power, too sweet to be sour. The women's pet, the men's regret. What you see is what you get. And what you don't see is better yet.

Awe... I was hoping to steal Graham too. I wonder if I could've got both Bockwinkel and Superstar if I had reversed the order of my picks.
