and yeah, you guys are right, there is no way ii should be given more time to pick with all this time that we had.

You would have had hours to pick if you weren't here, but you were hear so I had to make that ruling.

You know what would be really sick? If I (or for that matter anyone else) goes to post a pick and iggy beats us by mere seconds by picking the same dude when he shows up. That would suck so bad.

The rules were very clear from the beginning that if you want to have a partner then you need to both be able to pick without the other person being online even if you haven't had a chance to discuss things.

i do not like that ruling.

why not have put iggy on a 15 minute clock when it was obv he was not gonna show up 2 hours ago.

i would have had no problem giving cruzin an hour to get the pick in.

we don't need someone to take over just because of one skip. If it gets to his next round pick and he still hasn't shown then its time.

Because this wasn't obvious at all.

I'm not trying to sound rude, but people who haven't done drafts before should let the veterans run things when issues like these come up.....these are COMMON problems that we already know how to handle. We've been through 10+ drafts already and tried out many different rules....by now we have a pretty solid idea on the optimal way to run a draft.

that just doesent make sence to me.

not picking should result in penalty. just getting to pick at any time is so light, after holding the draft up for 20 hours.

Not a big Valentine fan at all but it's hard to argue against getting a guy with his resumé late in round 4. And I also missed a lot of his best work in the late 70s/early 80s.

Wasn't saying I'd take over this second. Just letting everyone know, if Iggy can't/doesn't want his roster I'd be more than happy to take over.

That's all! Proceed

all the more reason to slot him in at the last pick in the round.

what happens if in the REAL nfl draft, a team times out.

serious question, dont know the answer

This has happened before, as I recall it's handled the exact way Untouchable is handling this. They get their pick in when they get it in.

They pick whenever they're ready to rush to the podium.

the team would be able to just arbitrarily pick at any time they feel?

it feels so wrong imo

haha this is pretty cool if true, all the other teams would hurry so that the team that has been skipped doesnt take the next best person to draft
