I think it will come down that he really didn't 'talk' to her that much and this was greatly exaggerated.

If there were nightly 8 hour phone calls, he would have been able to produce the records.

Only interesting thing left is hearing from other side why they did this.

Yes indeed. I said the Kicker & Punter will be glad someone else will be the butt of the players' jokes for a good amount of time. If Te'o is slow at the combine, he could fall by the cowboys draft spot for all we know, but Jerry wouldn't be that crazy.
