Very likely to win FOTN there, good fight from both guys.
r 3 was a bit of a letdown so I'd give FOTN for Howard-Lafleur.

GL on your parlay... 1 time

Honestly Howard/Laflare wasn't that exciting other than Howard's grit to stay in it and nice transitions, the actual action in Guida/Kawajiri was better

Ok so... hedge or don't hedge?

Currently have 3.2u on Nog, and two parlays to win just over 20u with Nog as the final leg, but both with Camozzi fight as a push at -131 so it's probably more like 10u there.

Nog gets hit not worth a 12U bet, book the profit

Nog's technical boxing is better just needs to avoid those big shots until Roy gasses

PULL GUARD FFS

Well that was a quick way to burn some money.

Hang em up, Nog.

Sigh. Oh well it was a fun ride, Roy was running out of gas.

I think that punch may have retired Big Nog.

Roughly break even for the card.

Nog's chin was holding but he needed to try and pull guard when he got rocked imo, Roy was getting tired and I think if Nog survived R1 he's a pretty decent fav

Funny thing is a lot of the fight looked how I thought it would. Nog was boxing him up but just he is SO STIFF on the feet. Zero footwork, zero upper body movement, zero fakes. All it took was Nelson's 5 or so landed strikes lol

So I guess Nijem/Nelson get performances of the night, Guida/Kawajiri FOTN and Howard gets a 'didn't quit' locker room bonus

Prelims sucked but Main Card was pretty good.

Breaking even with a nice sweat at winning double digit units works I guess

sigh... if he made it out of r1 I think he'd have a good chance.

I wish Nog hangs it up. Tbh I wished he had 3 years ago. I hate to see legends take beatings at the tail end of their careers.

I think if Nog survives the first round he's better than evens to win the fight. Roy wasn't out of gas yet but he was slowing down, he just landed the punches in time I guess. I probably would have taken a Nelson wins in r1 hedge if it was available on pinnacle but straight up wasn't so keen to.

So who's next for Nelson? Barnett? Mark Hunt? Overeem?

Ahh thought you had the ITD hedge available,

Can understand you not wanting the straight up hedge at those odds

Hunt would be a great pick for Nelson. I know there's a card in NZ coming up and I would assume the UFC would def. want to book Hunt for that.

Swoop thanks again for booking my action. Money sent over.

No prob, disappointing end to Nog's career for both of us I guess.

Would be nice to see Nelson knock some more people out, preferably when i'm not betting against him. I can't believe Struve KO'd Miocic who easily destroyed Nelson standing.

I agree but would love it to get booked, especially as a 5rd fight.
