I seriously think people shouldnt praise that kind of feature, now most chinese phone pack some 4Kmah batterie cost 1/4 of the price of the pixel and dont require you to use some dumb protection to protect your 1K phone

Went regular size, 50% of my reason to upgrade (from 6P) is for a more normal-sized phone.

That looks insanely good for the price. The battery life is very impressive as well.

I thought so as well until I saw the black bezels around the screen when you turn it on....I don't know what that is or why it has to be there, I assume due to the cheapness the LCD isn't really all the way to the edge but they didn't want to make it look that way?

I was referring to a hands on I saw, where they said the photoshopped on version had much less black bezel than in real life, and showed an accompanying picture with a pretty terrible looking software-like bezel

My Pixel XL arrived this morning. After 2 hours of playing with it, I like it. Slightly more narrow than my Nexus 6. Screen seems nice. Finger print reader is neat. Has a nice build quality feel to it.

With the 3xCA, it's fast as ****. I was pulling speed tests of 120 mpbs.

Can't say I see the point tbh. I like my phone screen to be in the right proportion and I'm not bothered about length as that doesn't affect size in pocket. The speaker has to be a compromise and the bottom camera definitely is.

Ordered pixel xl from Verizon. Expected ship date for 128 gig is 12/2. Fully expected Verizon to ask me to trade in current phone immediately, since they're *******s. So I guess pleasantly surprised for now. Plan is to use phone for a week and see if it's monstrously huge or if I enjoy it. If too big, get non xl. If I think the whole thing is stupid, which I don't knoe how that would happen, come up with some other plan.

1) Build a time machine
2) Set it for last week
3) Go to Verizon store
4) Profit

I'll sell you mine if you're really desperate.

wat? Got 27 mbps from mini pixel. XL is that much faster???

Also, why do you NEED 3xCA? Developer or just swinging your **** to show off your VR games?

Have quite a few leads from CL at only like a $100 markup. Should have one by week's end.

They use the same radios, so it's entirely dependent on the network, IE, which carrier you use and how it's set up in your area.

I work for a carrier. I need it for testing and diagnostic purposes.

3x Carrier Aggregation. Basically bonding together 3 separate LTE carrier into one giant channel.

Yeah, really sick. I'd rather see the lone bezel at the top for camera reasons but that's great. Just enough on the sides that you aren't accidentally clicking random stuff too.
