You can't know. All you can do is establish the rules and code of conduct that you are willing to subject yourself to.

Some people definitely value feeling good about themselves more than they do winning a rare d/c SnG.

If sending money back to a random when the community standard is just blinding down makes you feel good, then good for you, that's a reason for you to send back. Fwiw, I feel the same whether I snap blind or send back. As such, I'll take the money and not think twice about it.

If you're trying to say those who don't send back to randoms (>90% of all husng regs) are wrong, you'll have to do more than say "it makes me feel good".

Not saying anyone is wrong - you gotta do what you gotta do. Shouldn't try and dress up doing it as anything other than a dick move though. How do you know the guy you're doing it to isn't the kinda guy who would wait for you? Maybe that makes him a tool but he's living by his ethics.

It's like, I'd definitely give somebody back their wallet if I saw them drop it - plenty of people would say that makes me a mug. An ethical mug though.

When you reg for an MTT or SNG you're making a bet which takes all factors into account, including the reliability of your PC and internet.

I played absolutely awful poker today. It was ridiculous some of the things I did. And I had the sense in me to stop playing. And right before I was stopping I made some even more terrible, most awful plays ever. I have not played that poorly in a while. I made stupid decisions.
