i havent played any poker this week due to laptop **** up. Which probably isnt a bad thing atm as im not up to playing. Also tried to get monday off earlier inthe week, was told no problem. Then got told today i may have to work FML. Stupid me being awesome at my job. If i sucked theyd be glad i wasnt there.
Also what yo guys doing for Halloween. Im planning on dressing up as duffman but doubt ill get enough things to do it in time

Never been a huge fan of mclaughlin but I like his compositions and of course with mahavishnu. Same with di meola...except I believe his playing is a little more expressive at times. Got to meet him a few years ago, seems like a fairly decent guy...incredibly intelligent that's for sure

Sick you got to meet Al. Was it at a workshop? Kinda a bit weird from what ive heard.
Im in a latin/jazz guitar trio and we do quite a few covers from the (original) guitar trio
I started out playing classical/flamenco (hence the <3 for paco) but stopped playing almost completely for a few years until the end of last year when we got the group going.
