The war on regs has been ongoing for sometime and not just limited to Pokerstars. Get used to it. They're trying to create a fun environment where recs have less opportunities to have their deposits decimated by multi-tabling sharks and more opportunities to piss them away on even less EV endeavors.

Pokerstars automatically closes/crashes after I log in and put my security code. When I open Stars but don't log in, it does stay open. Logging in on Betstars (website) works fine so it shouldn't be related to my account. I don't have any forbidden stuff running. I literally did a clean installation of my MacBook, downloaded Stars again and the problem was still there. Any thoughts?

We are hitting new and new lows, today the lag is unplayable earlier than ever, i just got blinded out of the casual daily 100$ bucks, which of course stars won't refund since the tables popped mid way. Really sickening stuff, there are no words anymore for it.

Hey i dont see anymore bountys without Aurora graphics, EE client.

Having the same issue on the Pokerstars.ES client for some days now that no bounties are displayed when not using Aurora.
Pokerstars.eu still works normally without Aurora Bounties are displayed.

PokerStars.eu still not updated to 32xxx version.
Only 32xxx Stars client builds have this bug (ee.32080, es.32082, be.32076, bg.32078)

Very annoying not to see bounties. I hope it gets fixed before SCOOP.

Why doesn't stars have Google Authenticator instead of a very outdated RSA token? Not only do you need to somehow get enough chests that you may actually get some stupid stars coins but then it takes ages to arrive all whilst an app could be downloaded in seconds.

There is login validation using sms.

We know for sure that Google would leverage the information to create products and make money and I at least would have a problem with that. The company doing Stars' current RSA may be selling it so others can do the same thing but we don't know that for sure.

Are you suggesting that the client software programming has been deliberately tampered with in such a way that players are forced to lose money? What you describing is fraud, plain and simple. Deliberately causing the software to seemingly randomly "freeze" in a way that the programmers know or reasonably should know will cause players to lose money is fraud. In my country that level of conduct would probably rise to criminal fraud.

I guess now I know why I've always liked the B&M game better. Maybe I am being naïve trying to give the operators the benefit of the doubt by writing this off to incompetence, but if the attitude of the operators with respect to this matter really is "get used to it" they can F*CK RIGHT OFF! If you're content to just "get used to" a misconduct that is so deliberate as to rise to a fraudulent level, then I suppose that's your right. As for me, I set a different standard here.

Seriously, WHAT THE F*CK was the point of this morning's mandatory upgrade? Stars doesn't need a spiffy new logo. They need to FIX THEIR G*DDAMN MOTHERF*CKING SOFTWARE!

Make a stink about it on social media. Everybody make a stink about it on social media and then maybe they'll double their support staff by hiring two more people and we can get answers in weeks instead of months.
