Does any of you guys know when Aurora Graphics Engine will be rolled on all markets? Now we have a completely ridiculous and unfair situation of a few countries with Aurora being completely unable to play at peak time, while all the others have somewhat playable conditions.

I'm in the U.S. All the Stars website extensions link to the same download version/client as far as I've been able to tell. We have a Home Games group, so it's play chips, but we're playing for real money behind the scenes. It's just annoying because the HH works properly for the guys playing on Macs and that's a lot of extra information they're able to have access to.

Wow, I figured it out. Really oddball workaround, but I went to the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) and put in pokerstars.c0m/client/download and went back about a year and found a working link to to an older version of the install file. Installed it and it works as it should. PokerStars 7 Build: 31615

Awesome. Thanks to all that lead me towards the right path.

Clicking around on the deposit screen (as if drunk and trying to deposit) used to produce a chat popup (still worked as of a few months ago).

Hey any Mac users here playing on PokerStars?

I use hotkeys and two things constantly happen.
1. Every session the client crashes and shuts off
2. When using my hotkey for raising, it sometimes randomly pushes the raise size to max raise.

Anyone having these issues or solutions to them?

This is probably a software client version thing, but anyone know if you can get hand histories (or even review any hands) on the .net client in USA (home game area specifically)? I cannot seem to find it, if it exists in that client. And if not, any suggested work arounds? Is it a situation of trying to download a full client and enabling?

now i know why pokerstars has been trying to scare away their loyal customer the last few years..
all of a sudden there is a bit of volume and the software lags like it has never done before

and this online volume was considered a low point on a tuesday morning 5 years ago

Okay so i sometimes have connection issues... but why is it when the connection comes back within say 45 seconds or say, my hand gets folded? I was playing tables today when my internet was down for maybe 45 seconds... then i notice i could not do anything on the tables... but then all my tables sat back in but then i noticed in many of these tables, i still had like a 30 second time bank that i did not use?

Because doesn't it normally use up your entire time bank then when you have connection issues? Many times my hands get folded and lot of tables still have 25 seconds in time bank?

Sometimes the software is automatically folding my hands (pre-only)

It's quite annoying, I'm playing HU Zoom, has anyone else reported similar problems? Is there anyone from PokerStars on here that I can report the problem to?

Man, this new software is so ****ing bad that i tilt 5 minutes after i started playing. I can't even see the player notes, the hud won't work at all. I wish it was some joke, but it's not...

Welcome to the club...Which country are you from? Did Pokerstars halt rolling the dreadful new software on all markets, so far i know of Bulgaria, Poland and Belgium that have it.

So sometimes my internet has issues and when i get back on with my backup internet, i notice by the time i sit back in, my hands are folded... even though i still have like 10 seconds in my time bank? Does this happen to you all as well or is there a way to fix this issue?

Also has anyone here not updated stars in a long time? I haven't and last time i updated was months ago so i never used the aurora theme etc.
