Around 2:20 PM (#1782568), login after recent 2 promotions removed.

Twice had to restart Stars on same table including this error second time (On backup Notebook):

(First time ever had an error like this)

Is my fold hot key a glitch? A few times support has told me that I can still fold and I need to set up the hotkey but I can only ever get Check/fold not fold.

There is an option to have "FOLD" and an option to have "FOLD TO ANY BET" in the list and I presume Fold to any bet would be the same as check/fold but "FOLD" doing the exact same thing same thing?

Is this correct or should my hands be open folding if I am using the Fold hot key (the first hot key in the list of options)

there is no pop-up for a re-entry option anymore.
can we get that back?
also get rid of the sats pop-up window already or offer the option to hide like everything else.

and please stop breaking stuff that work (like the 2 examples above; sats popup was a new introduction but should have a hide option from the get-go), no offense but it gets frustrating when it takes 2+ build cycles to re-fix, sometimes more... :sigh:

PokerStars crashing A LOT of times.

Losing a lot of hands and well, the tags wasn't saved when I re-opened the program.

JESUS! A lot of time and energy wasted.

How many hands are you losing? I though this as well so yesterday asked how many i hand played which was 1053 but my HM only had 1021. The winnings were pretty close (only a dollar or two out) so I have just decided to monitor a few more days to see if i am imagining it.

Hi,

I have recently changed some settings in my PS software and have the following issue:
When i finish a tournament a pop up would show saying " You have finished the tournament " and an "OK" button to click wich helps me to see when i bust a tournament. Somehow i managed to remove that button and now i find myself sitting with 2-3 tables that i am not playing at on my desktop.
Any idea how can i bring back that pop up ?

I still have the pop up on my PS.FR software and tried to compare my settings from PS.EU software but no luck finding the right setting.

Have had multiple instances of the Pokerstars client crashing with an, "A problem has occurred and the software must close" error message popup, when closing The Deal window. Has occurred at least three times now. Log files have been sent.

It's pretty clear that there is no meaningful testing done anymore before rolling out software updates. It's only a matter of time before PS rolls out an exploitable glitch that wreaks havoc on the player base.

I'm losing a lot of hands histories. I've done some experiments and it seems my hand histories don't save if the hand hasnt finished before I close the table. This didnt used to be a problem.

For example I play 4 hands of 10NL zoom and I pressed sit out and close table on next big blind. Only 2 hands were imported.

Next I played 10 hands and sat out, but didnt close the table. It took a couple of minutes but eventually all hands were imported.

I think hands dont import if the tableis closed before the hands have finished.

When the deal popup came up last time, I've clicked 'don't show this message anymore' and accidentaly agreed to watch it. Now I have to watch it every time. How do I switch it off?

You'll need to restore your info/pop-up messages. You can do this in your 'tools' settings.

After you've done that, you'll then have to go through the process of deciding what you want to do with each pop-up again as they come up and in the case of the 'deal' one, you can then switch it off when the next jackpot spin is struck.

Sometimes when trying to open hand replayer, or just opening new table, it doesnt open and I get the following message:

low system resources

I included in the pic the task manager so you can see the process that are runing and see the insane memory pokerstars is using

Could you tell me what software do you use to set the different bet sizings that are shown in the picture.

Something weitd happened today. recently i bought a new lap top with plenty of disk space. Today i get a message that my C drive is full which is impossible but i go ahead and check. cant see files taking up so much space so i download files searching app from internet that shows hidden files and it finds pokerstaslog file in utorrent (yes i know) that has a size of 222 GB. i delete it and now its all good. Can someone say what this might have been?
