I use the new black theme but, the old one is still available to use...scroll down and you'll see it's sitting there at the bottom of the theme list as 'old black'.

I know, what i meant and i think i did it wrong, is the chat part, they buttons, the fonts and whole thing looks different, way too small, also the "find seat" and "join waiting list" buttons, have now also a very tiny font as well the "there are # players in line", thats it, those changes are very annoying, they should input people before they do that.

By the way, does anyone know to go back to an older version on mac?

Please restore hyper simple to the pre-update state as soon as possible, the new update is worse in every single way.

the new chatbox design is ugly. is there a way to get rid of chatbox in the option ? i didnt find it

So want to see the new table theme or whatever changes were made. Does anybody have a screenshot or can you take a screenshot?

If you haven't received the update yet just look at the chatbox on the Mercury theme, it's been inserted into all the old themes. Then the name/stacksize box + avatars have been separated and spaced out to cover as much space as possible.

Probably mostly regs using the old themes so good way to mess with us.

Couple of things

1./ The challenge tab doesn't seem to be working, just a black screen despite it having the new challenge ! on the icon.

2./ The hand replayer is treated as a normal table in terms of stacking, tilting and positional memory. I don't think this was always the case but i may be wrong about this. IIRC it used to be an independent window not governed by the same rules as the tables.

is this stars server problem? or does it have something to do with my connection?

Alright here i thought that updating my graphic drivers has solved the crashes. I guess i was just lucky for 2 days. Today another wave of crashes. Great job pokerstars. Hope you all get fired.

I'm having the same problem. At first I thought it was my connection too but everything else was working fine. I don't have much lag though, just sometimes.

PokerStars Keith has said to ignore the Manx 0%, it's probably going to be 0% forever & it's meaningless.

It's just some webpage that's used to 'ping' & it's no longer connected properly - it doesn't relate to the status of the PokerStars IoM servers at all.

I'm actually getting pretty tired of this.

How on earth can the lobby freeze thing still be here?

I tried the micro main event today after a long break. But every single time I tried open its lobby to see avg stacks/re-entries etc the whole client is absolutely frozen for 10-30 seconds.
At least three or four times this resulted in me autofolding some premium hands preflop. If I try to click on the table that's frozen Windows just says "...is not responding".

So yeah, mega tilting. I've had this problem for a long time now, even during some scoop days iirc (in some events thing has an immensely huge negative impact).
I suppose this happens when there is one or several big tournaments and the lobbies try load all the players.

Please fix this already, or I'll have to start sending refund requests every time it happens.

Has someone else experience this?

I had that same problem w/ the big freeroll.

Seems to me that, the more players there are logged on and playing (eg: 100,000+), the more lag there is.

When the numbers are lower, there seems to be little to no lag at all.

Which means they gotten rid of a bunch of servers or the new software is being programmed by people who don't no how to code efficiently.

not sure where to post this, but how can i stop receiving emails from stars everytime i win a sng or tournament?

go to settings > gameplay > advanced > uncheck 'receive congratulatory emails'
