The amount I had on the tables before the technical issue isn't showing in my account balance when i check on the main site. That will be resolved right?

hey Andrew, I logged in at 9.30pm to play the 3rd day of moving on up today, (I have to play today , sat and sun to hit it) but haven't been able to log in due to the tech errors.. not sure if you can add 3 days to my moving on up requirements on Monday so I can continue with the challenge? here's a couple of screenshots, showing the time, first I took after waiting for about half hour, and second just now another hour later so am going to go to bed as it's 11.45pm now.




In other news I binked both 10 euro raffles on the Unibet Open live stream, so running hot elsewhere!

This is the 4th downperiod I have experienced in the last few months. I created an account here just to complain. Short periods of glitches are ok. 2-3 hour shut downs are... I mean...you been around for a while right? Are you just being hacked all the time by people more skilled than your employees? You are litterary the worst in the world when it comes to downtime. Never, ever, ever experienced any pokersite being down more than 15 min max for the last 12 years. You are down for 3 hours for the 3rd time in 2 months and act like: "yeah, its a minor issue, we are looking into it."... you are litterary the worst in the world when it comes to downtime. Let that sink in. One more time I am done. Period. I am confident I am not the only one who is tired of your bs.

*edit: I cannot login poker either atm 'Tech error #3' but ofcourse i can login bookmaker/ casino, and for me my balance is available to degen out there. During previous crashes sometimes it showed 0 balance everywhere for me as well. If that helps anyone...
I also want to declare upfront - I am keeping ~100eur on the site, and i have screenshots of that 100 eur, because i do not trust them with anything/ more.

Holy f :O people whine so much.. i woke up at 3am to play servers are down and i am not complaining... When u came to unibet u decided to trade comfort/some security for easier site to play on.. they are down couple of hours... big deal... deal with it not like you whining here is gonna make them fix it faster...

If you don't like the downtime and it hurts you so much that it is causing you psychological pain and you feel the need to attack people that are bending over backwards to improve the playing experience for all poker 'pros' and 'recreationals' alike go play somewhere else.

The site, which lost around £18,000, claims to have been flooded with traffic, known as a dedicated denial of service (DDoS), causing it to crash and freezing its ability to transact with customers.

Two years previously, the brazen teenager, then 17, had even bragged about his plan through his mother's Twitter account, although police were dismissive of the severity of the threat at the time.

When making the arrest, Nottinghamshire police discovered a cache of illegal imported Chinese counterfeit weapons, including knuckledusters, tear gas canisters and a stun gun.

Judge Stokes was however satisfied that the teen had had no intention of distributing any of the weapons and that the attack on the site in question was undertaken merely to prove it could be done. While sentencing, Stokes said;

“At the time you were extremely naïve, and you just wanted to see if you could actually do it. You were living a life through a screen, rather than outside. Get our more and live. You should take up a sport like rugby or something.”

Whitehouse pled guilty and wept while his sentence was passed down which also included an order to pay £200 towards the cost of his own prosecution.

So, as you know, the site was down for a lot of last night and this morning. I believe everything is back to normal now, but please let me know if you run into problems again.

If you have any refund requests, please contact support as they will be able to handle them better than I can.

So far the only information I have on what happened was that there were problems with out host's ISP. Sorry for the problems, we're just as frustrated as you are.

I've made an account in order to see how the software is, but I can't even log in.
It is saying that my account is blocked, do I need to send IDs or something?

I send an email twice to support@unibet.com but both mails couldn`t be delivered last night
