In addition, I really like playing on your site but I find it frustrating I have to keep an eye out for my tickets so they won't expire.. and most tickets I try to pile up so I don't have to post in this thread every week. but like the 4 1$tickets I'm asking to exchange atm, they only last for 1 week..


will I get higher limit tickets if I keep completing challenges, or will it always be 1-4$tickets?

Some challenges include steps where tickets can be earned and those typically depend on the limits you played in order to unlock the respective challenge. It will say in the description of the challenge though.

I once reported two players who were colluding in a 3 handed deep bansai game, but I never got any refund, even though I got a reply back that I was right. They just said that they "sanctioned" the players involved.

Yeh, I don't think it's great. I think that a bonus shop would solve this problem as we can just award bonus money and you can buy whatever tickets when you want them.

That said, tickets are sorted by when they expire. The first ones in the list are the closest to expiry.

I welcome any player complaints of collusion. It should be that our systems will catch it, but I doubt they're 100% perfect and in any case, it's better to report something than remain worried about it, even if it's innocent.

I'd say the most obvious thing in a SNG to look out for without having access to the holecards is stack balancing. If two people are working together, it improves their EV if they try to keep their stacks of a similar size. This is particularly the case when someone is close to being knocked out. So if they were SB and BB with 20 and 5 BB respectively, the SB would open for 4bb, the BB shoves for 5bb, and the SB folds.

Most of the time it won't be that blatant between people who know they're cheating, but often people just don't realise they're doing something wrong.

Sometimes I think there might be miscommunication between us, Relax's fraud team, and Unibet's fraud team, which means refunds aren't made/mails don't go out.

It's also possible that we can catch people for colluding without there being any refunds necessary.

You don't use them per se, but when you get enough to cross one of the reward levels, you earn that reward. It doesn't remove the points you have though, except every quarter when Challenges are reset.

PLO is growing almost twice as fast as NLHE for us. As to the number of tables, it depends too heavily on stakes and time of day for me to even try to comment. We don't really record it that way in any case, it's more about rake and actives per day.
