Been some server problems this week, not normally like this.
I would recommend giving Unibet another chance when the server errors are sorted.

The server error (technical error#3) is long standing and becoming more frequent...Unibet support (not a dig at Andrew on this thread) are pretty useless...they seem unable to even understand the problem, but hey, Unibet is still fun to play on when it's intermittently working.

(Regarding the SnG battle bonus) Thank you for looking it up. Why does it not show in poker history then? I was able to see all other bonus prizes there.

Hi-i cant understand why my unibet second december mission has not been verified-see my conversation with customer services ref-1449313037486.Its rather offputting if a simple thing like mission completion is not automatically acknowledged.But for the rep to initially claim that i was wrong and then backtrack when i sought photographic confirmation is downright awful.I have taken a snap of the conversation.

do you recall what kind of tickets we were getting during the UO stream? was it 2euros UO tickets or plo4 too? I received 4 UO tickets
and I do not remember what kind of thing I won during the raffle - was it NL4/NL10?

Some MTT Lobby feedback

1) It would be good to have a text search feature.

2) It would be nice if each tourney took up half the height it does in the list currently so we can see more on one screen.

3) Instead of showing current level in column 1 where it says 'starts' it would be nice if it showed how many minutes / hours minutes, it has been running, then at a glance we know how long it's been running, because level 5 in one , might be level 1 in another, for same amount of time.

4) I don't think i've seen this on a poker site before, but as you basically code any feature you want on Unibet...! It would be nice if you had a highlight colour (or maybe a switch to switch this highlight colour on) for mtts that haven't met their guarantee - this might help you pay out less overlay, and also help people that want to get into value mtts, dive in!

Edit: Just registered for the 75 euro low stakes mtt from the leaderboard. I just want to thank you for such a great site to play on. For someone that likes many different poker formats there's always something different to play with the challenges and promos on Unibet. Saturday night now for 2 euros I'm playing in an MTT and competing in a mtt league. You've made the challenge super accessible for anyone with the cap on finish positions and the low buyins. Unibet is totally in a league of it's own when it comes to this (no pun intended).

I'm sure there are hundreds of players that think in the same light, but there's no urgent reason to directly feed it back so it goes unsaid a lot of the time. Thanks for such a great site.

I also received the 4 tickets UO €2 but not the cash ticket i won, neither did i receive the special 10€ PLo ticket so i guess there are still tickets to be issued from the unibet open stream time.

in the Mtt lobby, or the tourney lobby, would it be possible to mention again the total number of people participating in a tourney like it was before (like 56/975). At the moment, it doesnt appear in the lobby, only the remaining players. Its a small detail but its nice to know how many people were in the tourney, especially when you manage to win something (fish feelings )

I noticed there are 2 freerolls (NLHE) that disappeared totally from the schedule: the one at 18h00 CET and the one at 00h00.
Is there any chances those are coming back ?? it was already difficult to win a ticket with over 1000 people in it lately ...

Also, could you please convert 2 of my UO25 and one of my UO50 into 10 x UO10 ?
