Just played a player at a 200nl HU table. After winning a pot their stack dropped to about 140 or so and they reloaded to 200. Next hand they folded the button and so should have been on 199 the following hand because they didn't have auto reload on. But the next hand they had a stack of 249. They obviously shouldn't be able to reload to more than 200. Has anyone else ever seen that happen?

Is there any compensation we can get back for sunday tournaments? I was playing the $200 200k and the $100 50k and it was just like puting $300 in the trashcan. Everytime I played a hand I was disconnected and I was losing every hand as a result until I changed my strategy to not playing any hand hoping I would cash that way.

I'm pretty sure other sites would give us our money back.

Hopefully Party realizes they need more employees with the proper skills to operate and maintain what could be the #2 poker site in the world ...

How will they possibly survive if the software isn't playable ??

If you need 10k points for 1000$ bonus (20% cashback). But you need to grind 6000 points to release it. Does this cycle ever end? Are you able to get that 20% cashback, or is it actually lower because you have to release it

Basically one day you will stop playing and either take some smaller bonuses/some stuff from store or just leave couple of points in your account, so you will not get those 20%. The longer you keep trading 10k pts for 1k bonuses, the closer you will be to the 20%.

There was a temporary delay in the update of these statistics which has since been rectified. All the numbers have been updated accordingly and should show correctly, while also reflecting the actual amount of hands / SNGs played.

I played in the last 4 hours 3.500 hands FF (Nl25 6max), but in the mission Summer of grind I can only see 1.900 hands. There is no update!

Despite some efforts to improve the quality of their site, I'm leaving PartyPoker very shortly and I encourage all to join me. To be honest, I don't see how it will even stay in business.

Thanks for letting me play on your site Party, but the miniscule value that you place on customer relations is just too damn apparent.
