Happening at WPT too ...

Things had recently improved overall, but over the last few days the action buttons lag big time !
I click and nothing happens :/
It Really throws off your multi tabling experience.
... It also makes me nervous that I'll suffer another one of those notorious mid hand super crashes :$

Are there any plans on lowering rake on HU SnGs to make them playable/comparable to concurence?
Now the rake is 6,8% on every format, PS has 2,3% on hypers and about 4,5% I believe on turbos. This causes low to none traffic on PP games...

Just a quick message to say that on Monday August 8 we will have scheduled maintenance across our fastforward games for approximately 45 minutes starting from 02:00 ET / 8:00 CET. fastforward tables will not be available during this time but all other games will be unaffected.

Yup, I guess part of growing old is living in the past.... Yup...

I uploaded some batch files to color notes for PokerStars and FTP and included the ability to color PT4 Note Icon colors.

I updated and uploaded batch files for PartyPoker yesterday, for their colors (watchlist.txt) and PT4 Note Icons yesterday.

The players colors are updated at each table when viewed, but they are not visible in the lobby that I can see.

This is a problem / bug with the new PartyPoker software? I think this was reported before?

I don't think the Party client has ever shown the colours in the lobby?

Yesterday there was a player who was sitting at 2 Casual Tables at the same time, i thought this was fixed with last update!!

I don't understand why so many people are still having lags... I haven't had any significant software problems in a long time now. Are you sure you guys computer specs are good enough to handle the high CPU usage of Party Poker software? Maybe you guys should look into your RAM and processor, as well as if ur fan is operating well.

My old computer several years ago it would sometimes overheat and lag/crash. This would especially be the case when I played long sessions and a lot of tables.

Something to consider... as I fully understand how tilting it is to crash during play.

No, it has nothing to do with our computer specs. As I said, I never had lag on party before and a few days ago I started having non stop lag and now it's almost impossible to play. Today it was my turn to act and the action buttons simply did not appear and my hand was eventually folded when 90% of my stack was in the pot. The buttons frequently take a few seconds to appear due to lag and after clicking the software takes a few seconds to respond. It's definitely a problem on party's end.

Stop the blaming on the computer bull****. it's 2014 there are hardly any computers that can't handle pokersoftware+hm

Yeah Party has blamed it on the computer in the past where clearly it was on their end. I am not sure about the recent instances. Just saying I have witnessed people's computers lag on Party but not on other sites. But if you have 8+GB of RAM it really shouldn't be an issue, I'm talking people with older computers, who haven't bought/upgraded in say the last 3-5 years.

I personally haven't experienced lags lately, and I play on Party almost daily, so just not sure why it's happening to others.

The best is how anytime you have a disconnection, they blame it on your end... It's fun when half the tables disconnect and the other half doesn't.

Does Party allow this software?

This needs addressing Party Rep as at times the only games running at 100nl are CCGs and it gives former loyal multitablers such as myself little incentive to play on Party, especially as at 200nl+ its impossible to get good seats as these are quickly snapped up by scripters.

I have the same lag issues, on my laptop and stationary computer, it started this week and I never had lag before that. It is really annoying and almost impossible to play, I have tried to uninstall and install again, as support suggested, but still the same. I only experience this lag on Party Poker, no other site or programs seem to lag.
