Does anybody know if the "cards missing and full table graphics gone awol" bug is fixed yet?

my previous findings as of September 6th above. Still got no response from Party regarding this topic except for mail dated 9/9 assuring it would be resolved within 72 hours. Today I have checked badparel nickname activity again on PTR to see he has been active as late as on September 26th, winning 70 buyins~$700~7,000bb/100 this month only. Decided to give complaining one more shot via live support before I post here and subsequently file official complaint to Gibraltar licencing authority if PP rep isnt able to escalate this issue better than regular CS staff.

Is anyone else finding they aren't allowed to sit at more then one table? Keep's saying "you can only sit at one casual table at a time" but that's all that is available? How can this software be this bad????

Problem is these are the tables I normally mutlitable and they have no smiley face beside them.

I just tried to play for a bit. It took 8 hands played across 2 tables for all the graphics, cards and buttons to become invisible, again, after 2 more hands of playing in the dark, for the client to crash.

Trully frustrating when I cannot do anything to avoid it, and somehow I don't think their people are addressing it. I don't understand how others can play with this issue.

your mtt schedule makes literally zero sense.

currently, im playing about 4 mtts on your site a day. if you tweaked the schedule a little bit i would probably play about 15.

for example, why on earth does your biggest midstakes freezeout daily ($50 10gtd) start at 9pm bst?

the timing of this excludes so many recs and regs who dont want to play into the european night.

its a complete mess, because if you move it, other things would have to be moved as well.

you have 5 $100 mtts between 430pm and 10pm. this is crazy, its way too much. here is some of what i would change:

3:30 $100 5k (moved from 430. there are no $100fo during this time on 888, stars, or ftp. its a unique spot to fill)
6:30 $50 10k (moved from 9pm)
9:15 $100 turbo bounty (moved from 630 and replaces current $100 turbo)

- awesome turbo ko at 915 gets unique spot that follows primetime dailies
- it gives your flagship midstakes mtt a better spot
- it spaces out your $100 mtts

there is a bunch of other changes i would consider, but this would be a great start.

moving the $50 to 6:30 would probably get me to reg a bunch of other stuff as a knock on effect; i normally stop regging after 5:50 and then forget to reg later turbos, but if you had decent mtts in the middle i certainly wouldnt forget, and i would prob take shots too at bigger stuff as well
