Ya i noticed even long time guys like r tak big bad brad and rav o are hardly playing anymore. They sit all the scripters join and they insta leave. Its pretty sad. Those are the guys party should have protected and they'll prob never play much again.

they obv designed them for the normal size table only. if u make the table smaller, it will overlap with important information and get very annoying. it's been there for years and they don't really care what we think so i've stopped even bothering to complain about it.

Apologies - this bonus was setup incorrectly. It's now been amended to the correct level of 80 points (rather than 800) to release.

Yesterday I had a ticket for the 200k and I checked thoroughly to see if I was registered. I was not. Based on what another poster said in this thread I thought "great, now I'm gonna have to check again closer to the tournament to see if party didn't register me while I was not logged in". So I log in an hour before the tournament and, of course, party had registered me without telling me hoping I wouldn't notice. I unregistered and then I had to go back a couple of minutes before the tournament started and watch for a while to see if they wouldn't randomly register me again. This is really ****ed up.

For ****s sakes Party Rep what the **** is up with support. I have two outstanding issues and when I contacted live chat about why I had not received any reply I was told they were working on the issues. When I asked what issues they were working on live chat had no clue what they were. So basically no one has done anything and now they lie to cover **** up. Is this how Party treats its customers?

this just goes to show how incompetent their staff really are. if there making these types of mistakes at the simplest level it's to no surprise the rest of the business is making so many less obvious mistakes that ultimately ruin the whole experience with playing on party poker. I don't think i've heard of a business that runs this badly and can only conclude that the reason is that they employ cheap labour who simply don't care about the job they do. Start employing higher calibre personnel with wages to reflect that and party poker might just get things running more smoothly.
